Do not use for your business

Riddled with bugs and errors - it’s just sloppy. Mortifying that people can get away with selling something that works so poorly.

Horrible

Extremely expensive and almost impossible to get help from a live person when you need it. My business closed and I was only 2 days off from giving them a 30 days notice so they charged me for another 3 months. So many bugs and glitches that made me lose money and students. I originally signed up with the promise that they'd have auto payments on packages but they never got it.

Customer service is awful.

Great service and support!

They have been with me every step of the way! It is pricy but you get what you pay for a system that works in your favor! Already live in 1 week! You get what you put into it! Once you learn the system it’s quite easy to monitor and navigate!

Huge lag

Huge lag, no timely updates for reports. No way to store check out purchases.

GloFox

Since I can’t find where to post my review on my whole GloFox experience I’m going to do it here. They are absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. First off they are way overpriced and there is ZERO customer service. We bought the program for our new gym, it didn’t activate until a week after we opened. They told us they were going to setup a Zoom meeting to help us integrate their system to our website which they never did so I had to figure it out myself. Because of this i had many questions to fine tune their system so I called them every day. You can only get ahold of them on the phone in the morning after being on hold for hours. They tell you to email them your questions but if you have multiple questions they would only answer one of them then get back to you the next day with another one and it continues for days. Absolutely ridiculous! Then when you get ahold of them they treat you like you don’t exist, continuously cutting you off in the middle of explaining why you are calling. It’s like they don’t understand this is our livelihood and how we put food on our tables. Also they have a zero refund policy so if you decide to use their services (strongly don’t recommend) don’t pay the full amount because you’ll never see that money again.

Oh and this app is unusable!

Useless

Not sure what the point of the app is since the app does not allow you to do 95% of what you can do on the desktop version.

Perfect for on the go!

I’ve used a several gym softwares over the years that I’ve owned my gym and this one is by far the easiest to use. I love that I have the functionality on the go to manage things from my app while my computer isn’t accessible. So glad I made the switch to Glofox!!

Disappointing

This app offers very little features. I own a franchise and moved over to Glofox and it blows my mind how little it does. I can not charge a member who is late on payment, I can not edit a membership price or apply discount, I can not see the members barcode or date of last entry…very hard to run my gym on the go with this “pro” app.

Customer Support Does not Exist

Spending over $6,000 per year for this software and its physically impassible to get any level of customer support.

When looking to purchase the software the customer support/service was amazing. Once purchased - nothing.

This is my second year with the app and we will be moving back to mindbody or another service at the end of this current subscription.

Glitchy app.

App does not even show courses on there. No way of booking clients in or even seeing who is attending courses. Rang support 3 days later and 2 course dates down manually marking off customers
