Really enjoy using all the features the system here has to offer! The facial recognition is helpful when you don’t want to fumble with keys to get in the building. The option to assign a specific pin is useful for delivery services; you know which service and a picture of the individual making the delivery. You can never be too safe. I have more peace of mind with the Swiftlane Security System!

Opens with a playful greet sound
At first I wasn’t sure about this in my apt building but it turned out to be a secure identification move. Love the face recognition concept and if that system temporarily goes out I know I can also easily go to my app on the phone and use the door unlock feature. Also I can use the same feature to unlock the door for my spouse or visitors right from my own apt. Definitely a good move security-wise in my apt building.

App works well
Overall, pretty pleased with the app. Fairly intuitive and reliable. Can get a little confusing when a phone call comes in at the same time as a door, but that’s not a common occurrence.

Junk
This app and service is junk. It is nothing more than technology for technology’s sake. It requires you to have your phone on you whenever you leave your home, even if you are simply taking your dog for a walk or taking out the trash. When the service/system goes down it leaves everyone unable to get into their building as the door locks cannot be unlocked without the service working. This results in people leaving the doors propped open at all times, making it possible for anyone and their dog to get into the building. There is no Apple Watch app or widgets to make it simpler and faster to open doors. There is no way to remove yourself from the intercom system, ensuring you get calls and notifications from apartment visitors, delivery drivers, and late night drunks that are completely unrelated to you. A simple key FOB system on your keychain is better than this surveillance junk…

I love the facial recognition access when I come home with my arms full I also love being able to view who is at the door ringing my bell to come in
Really great app!
Our community just installed equipment at the entrance of our gated neighborhood. We use Swiftlane to provide access to guests on a one-time or multi use basis. The app is extremely easy to use and provides great communication regarding who’s requesting access. Love it.
Swiftlane is great!
Swiftlane is a great feature and not only provides security, but flexibility and freedom. I don’t have to carry keys anymore, and I have the option to leave my phone at home as well when going out for a walk because I can gain entry via PIN, face recognition, or the Swiftlane app. I can live my life as I don’t have to stay home to wait for deliveries. Swiftlane also notifies me when my guests or inner circle of people have gained access to the building using the multi-use PIN. There are so many good things I can’t list them all.

I have never used a system an app that assists with parking structure entry as well as pedestrian access entry before… I am extremely happy with what it can do
