This is so convenient to use. I was always standing there digging through my purse, looking for my keys. Now, I just pull up the app, click the button and I’m in! It’s so great!

I Love it! Keeps You Safe & In Control Over Who’s In & Out Of Your Establishment. I Love The Video Feature, even if you’re not there you can have a face to face conversation with your visitors.
Has improved
When we first got the Swiftlane thing put in at our building, it was a little bit finicky. Now it recognizes my face immediately when I’m getting into the building. I get all of my calls when I’m getting deliveries. And the app is good. It would be great if you could get an Apple Watchversion of the app so that I could unlock the door with my watch

How is there not an Apple Watch app
This door entry system requires you to have your phone on you every time you leave your apartment. You can’t leave your phone behind if you decide to go for a run or take a dog for a walk. They don’t even have an apple watch app. This whole system is just technology for technologies sake. There is no added convenience here. Before all you needed were your keys. Now you need your keys (for your unit), your phone, an app, and an account SMH… I'm sure it’s probably used for spyware and tracking purpose too..

Love it!
Swiftlane is amazing! All of my tenants love being able to see their delivery drivers face-to-face and see them via the 2-way video Intercom. Significantly cut down on an authorized access to all properties we have installed Swiftlane.
Great security door app
Use this app for our NYC office sliding front door in shared lobby. Easy to use on phone to open door as you approach the entrance. I recommend

Love being able to get in via Face ID, buzz people in remotely, and give codes to trusted people like our cat sitter. Highly recommend!
The app is very user friendly
I have Swiftlane at both of my locations, my staff and customers absolutely love it. For me personally, the facial recognition is my favorite feature.
