Great app and service
We use Swiftlane at our apartment complex and rarely have issues and when we do someone is always there to help. The app has many convenient features for property managers and tenants alike. The CEO Saurabh and his team are super responsive and great people. I’ve been at properties that use Latch and I really like Swiftlane in comparison. Definitely would recommend this smart entry system!

Zero Apple Watch support. So many missed calls!
There is NO Apple Watch support, so if you aren’t near your phone when someone calls, you get no notification on your linked watch that someone is trying to reach you. It’s practically useless as an intercom if it doesn’t ring through to the watch like a normal call.
Needs to be fixed
The doorbell does not ring my phone anymore. I don’t even know anybody is at the door if the don’t calm my actual phone
