  • Fan Girl

    I’m from WV and was visiting family in the area. On the way home, we decided to stop at Wahlburger’s because, let’s just admit it, I’m a fan girl. Anyway, we had the best time.

    Diane was super helpful as we had not been there before. My grandson was tired and fussy. She brought him some crayons and paper. She told us all about Wahlburgers. She said Paul was there yesterday. She told us he’s a very nice and humble guy. Sadly, although she has worked there for several years she has not met Donnie or Mark. C’mon guys! Anyway, she made us feel at home.

    The food was incredible. We got the Ours Burger. I would love to have a bottle of the sauce. We’ll be back!!!
  • …forgot some of our food…😔

    My first time going to this place. Saw it on food Network, so we figured we’d go while we were in Springfield. Ordered $75ish of food and they forgot some of it. Didn’t see we were missing anything until we got back to our hotel… Not cool guys, especially for the cost.
    About the food we did get, my burger (the melt) tasted good but was really dried out and all three of the fry orders we got were soggy and only half full.
    Definitely not like it was on TV. Most likely won’t be going here again!

  • Forget the burgers, the chicken is awesome

    Great food and service at Foxwoods. Lauren our server brought out the food quickly and assistant manager Amanda checked in at our table to see how we liked the the oil and vinegar she made just for our tossed salad with marinated (in buttermilk) chicken. Moist and delicious! Recommended. Chicken sandwich was just as good.
  • Food is Fine, App is Awful

    Generally there’s nothing wrong with the food (although the takeout process is far from smooth - often items are wrong or forgotten, but as long as you check your bag, they’ll fix it for you while you wait) but the app is TERRIBLE. You can’t see all the menu items that are available on the website. There is limited ability to customize your burgers, etc. You’re better off ordering on the website or calling. I don’t know who designed the app, but they really dropped the ball
  • Great food and customer service

    I was very impressed on the wait time, service and the food was delicious.

    I was more impressed on how Paul took the time to interact with customers it goes a long way to take a few minutes to talk to customers and show your listening. Also to care on what brings them in. He took photos with some, he also gave a young lady a shirt afterwards. So sweet of him.

    He also was helping clear tables for customers. I felt like the workers were happy to be at their jobs. We had a great hostess and waitress. The wait wasn’t long and everyone did a great job.
    We also think the price was reasonable. We will be back it was our first time. We live in Northfield, Vt.

  • First time here!!

    Date night with my Godson!! Have been wanting to eat at the restaurant for a long time. Food was delicious!! Our server was fabulous . Host was very friendly. Of course we had to take pictures … which came out great!!
    And … we just missed Donnie!!!!. he came in with his bodyguard… to pick up a carry out!!! Oh darn!!
    Maybe next time we can say hello !!
    I will he back!!

  • Great burger better service

    First time visit, and it won’t be my last. My server Jessica was amazingly friendly considering how busy she was. You can tell that there is attention to quality. I ordered the patty melt and tots, both we’re hot and delicious. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
  • Impossible Burgers Impossibly Good!

    We love the impossible burgers. They are always cooked to perfection and enhanced by the caramelized onions and spicy tomatoes with Wahl sauce. We also
    love the truffle fries. We moved from NY to South Carolina and these are a rare find!
  • Horrible Horrible Horrible in Honolulu at Ala Moana

    The only good thing is that the bartender was attentive.
    This has only been opened for appprox 1 month and the ceiling has hand prints on the hanging sign. The wall high up has something that looks like some through something high up close to the ceiling. On the ceiling there is a square close to a hanging lamp. The square is not fully attached and half remains cracked off.
    I returned the BBQ burger 3 times for not being well done. The bus boy looked at it weird.
    The fried pickles were charcoal.
    Manager never came by even tho he knew there was a problem he just stood around talking to some food delivery guys that were picking up food.
    Tables remained unwiped for the entire time we were here except when we were about to leave.
    Please don’t blame Covid. Blame poor management.
    This is our last time here. Off the bucket list.
  • Met amazing Chef Paul

    I visited Wahlburgers at the Mall at Robinson in Pittsburgh. The Truffle Fries and Chili Chicken Tenders were amazing. SO GOOD.
    Marla was a fantastic server. Meeting Chef Paul Wahlburger was the highlight though. Chef Paul was truly a super friendly person. He took the time to genuinely speak and take pictures with any person. He is the “real deal” celebrity.
