Update not working correctly on IPad Pro ( fixed )

StreamMagic is unresponsive once opened their is an advert for registration and updates that I have already done a long time ago. Nothing works when trying to scroll through the app unresponsive.

This rectified itself after I installed new iPad update

Qobuz login doesn’t work anymore

Love the CXN V2 but need to return it due to the Stream Magic app

User experience is so important, especially with the amount of competition in the streamer space. I truly love the sound of this streamer and how it pairs with the CXA81, but the app is serviceable at best. Navigation is clunky getting around the Quobuz section. I have it hardwired to a NAS and my music shows up fine using the dial on the unit, but via the app there is "no content" so I cannot use the app to play anything other than streaming. Really disappointing. You guys HAVE to put some real work into this app to stay current and make the user experience fun, intuitive and easy.

almost perfect

Please fix the track slider bar. On multiple devices it wants to slide the entire screen when you move the track slider to jump to a section in the song. Please create a “dead spot” around the track bar that only lets your touch change the track playing position !!

One of the best ….

Just started using Stream Magic V2 with my new C Audio MXN-10 Network Streamer .

Compréhensive, easy to use and far better than my past experiences with Technics and Yamaha.

Worked for 48 hours

I just received my CXN V2 on 10/27 and everything worked perfectly. It was odd that every time I opened the app I had to get a link sent to my email to login but it worked. I subscribed to TIDAL with no issues. Then on 10/29 the app will not connect to the CXN. I have went through Cambridges troubleshooting tree with no results. This includes restarting every thing I own basically. I reinstalled apps factory reset CXN. I am emailing with them but so far it’s what I expect. It’s your wifi or anti virus or sun spots. This Cxn is going back if I can’t relive this in the return window.

Very Impressed

App rapidly connects to my MXN10, is very responsive. Connectivity seems 100%. User interface is very good - maybe a fraction behind Sonos - but nothing to complain about. Qobuz works fine for me. Hardware sounds great too. Recommended.

Works well, could use a few enhancements to be perfect app

App works seamlessly with CXN V2 and can browse through my SSD FLAC and DSD music collection fairly fast. Could use a few tweaks to make it perfect. Wish list: 1. Volume dial doesn’t show relative position in app despite being connected to CXA81 via control bus. 2. No way to play all of music collection with a push of a button via app 3. No ability to create a favorites list 4. No ability to create playlists These added features would make the system more amazing than it is already

Unfortunately, due to some hardware constraints, it isn't possible to get the relative position of the volume knob for display in the app. However, your other suggestions will all be raised in our next planning meeting and we hope we can incorporate a few of them in future releases. Functionality needs improvement

It would be great if you can include below functions in the next update 1. Ability to go to album from any track being played. When we play a track, if we want to see the album that track belongs to, there is no option now. 2. Include more details in track info 3. Ability to control music from lock screen 4. Ability to add any playing track to favourite tracks list. Thanks

Connects pretty well with minimal interruptions but with QoBuz the variety of music for each artist is harder to find and the general interface with QoBuz is not as good as going direct via QoBuz

Also streaming is very inconsistent with other applications like google play
