Absolutely Horrible

I have had countless issues with alias! I have sold more than 50 pairs and almost all of them encounter issues! They will loose your items despite being delivered to them and turn around blame you! Absolutely horrible service! I mean, considering small claims court against this place!

Terrible customer service and scammers

I sold my shoes around a month ago, the deal didnt go through yet my shoes were already shipped out. They havent gave my money, nor my shoes back. They give zero help and literally have no intention of giving you ang of your items back. I dont recommend putting your trust in this app at all.

Scam

Sold an authentic pair of Jordans and they claim it was fake after receiving. The shoe was authenticated from GOAT. I don’t know where my shoe is and they are claiming I have to pay to get it back. Funds were never sent to my account.

Great app for Australian resellers.

Let’s you confirm your drop off unlike StockX.

Can’t sell clothes

Tried to sell my clothes on goat and told me I needed to download this app and this app doesn’t even work. Trash app

WARNING: Don’t sell with alias/Goat

ATTENTION EVERYONE: Don’t bother taking pics and video of how your shoes, shoe box and packaging were prior to shipping off with the carrier. If alias/Goat’s specialists flags your sale for a damaged box and you show proof it was in good condition before dropping off at the carrier, they are not going to take accountability. Even with their new checklist system for the seller, it’s still faulted. Big time. I’ve been with alias/Goat since they began and they have gone so far downhill within this past year. Their customer service team will copy/paste me responses as if it’s my first time with them. No loyalty on their end. They just want money. They want to be known as the “GOAT” but are far from it. This is so disappointing to witness firsthand. Please take your business to eBay. This company is cooked! Shame.

Bad customer service

Customer service has no brain, slow reply when there’s problem, all they do is sent reply that don’t answer ur question wasted few days to answer back and still can’t solve ur problem wasted so much time going back and forth and end up u will give up because you don’t want to waste Time no more

No urgency from alias specialist once a problem is found

I thought alias/Goat were updating their policies and procedures to streamline things for both them and their customers?? They’ve added new check-off’s and added $12 to every item we put up for sale (sigh) But when their specialists finds an issue with your order, the time it takes them to communicate what the issue is, they’re also informing the customer that they’ve also terminated the sale before you have a chance to “plead your case” so to speak. alias/Goat are basically saying to their customers that THEY are always right, no matter what. It’s getting tiresome guys and girls. Time to start opening your eyes and ears and listening to those who bring you in money as well. I’ve just about had it. I’ve been with this company since its inception and year by year, it’s getting worse and worse. Not a great business model. If you want to call yourselves Goat, it’s time to start showing everyone why you named yourselves that. Do better, please.

alias’s verification team using incorrect size chart

Every single time I sell a KangaROOS branded shoe, alias’s verification team cancels the order, takes $10 from me (new policy) and says I sent them the incorrect sized shoe. I proceed to open a support ticket with them. Back and forth, back and forth only to have their team rep send me a Nike size chart to say “look…see? you’re wrong” - Sorry alias, take accountability. Look at KangaROOS’s size chart on their actual branded website. They jump from EU 44 to EU 45. There is no EU 44.5. A KangaROOS branded EU size 44 is equal to a US size 10.5. Why is your team using a Nike size chart for a KangaROOS shoe? Sizing is not universal across all brands. It just isn’t. Sometimes when I open a support ticket with alias they take fault and will honor the sale. Unfortunately, this time around they’ve canceled my sale and are giving me the runaround when I direct them to look at KangaROOS’s website and past support tickets I had with them for the very same issue. I can’t seem to get a customer rep who knows that KangaROOS sneakers are NOT Nike sneakers. BEWARE SELLERS: Don’t waste your time selling other name branded shoes on this app, unless you like being frustrated all of the time. Do better, alias! I don’t know why you all can’t seem to get this right on your end? It’s 2024!
