Worst verification experience. Nothing wrong with the shoes I attempted to sell yet no evidence can be provided for the issues stated for rejecting the pair (not on one occasion but twice)! Others online have testified on the likes of Reddit and other spaces that they have had similar issues.
Definitely will be using Stock X instead from this point on.

Selling Nike air force 1
Quick and easy, 5 Stars
Scam
I recently sold a pair of shoes on Goat through Alias. I’m very disappointed with the process. I sold the shoes, shipped them on time, and then awaited my funds. The funds were sent to my Alias account and I was now able to transfer those funds to my bank account. I entered my bank information and awaited the funds to transfer. However, despite multiple emails from alias saying the transfer was successful, I didn’t receive them. I emailed with Alias requesting help. Someone emailed me back and said they would look into it. I thanked them and waited for their response. They weren’t responding and I never got an answer back. I emailed them a week later and still got nothing. Alias has been ignoring my email for a while now. I lost my shoes, got no funds out of it, and Alias won’t contact me. Do not sell on this app. You’d be better on StockX or Ebay

Refused my Sale for no Reason
Had a few sales go through no problem, then one of them was refused after i sent it, they gave me no reason as to why. The pair was deadstock purchased directly from Nike, when selling the pair i did so by entering the product code on the box so there was no way to misrepresent the pair. Yet they refused sale and sent it back to me at my own expense, charging me $100+ AUD to do so. Absolutely unacceptable, i’m taking my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest you do your research as Reddit posts will indicate i’m not an outlier here and they do this all the time.

Horrible app
I won a pair of Yeezys of the Adidas Confirmed raffle. Then decided to sell on alias. When alias received my shoes, their “experts” checked them as fake….? Not only that, they then proceeded to charge me $50 for shipping back to me. Do not use this app. Complete garbage at their main job. Only slight positive is that the customer service was quick and efficient.

Great app and functionality, only improvement needed is seller services
I’ve been able to scale and grow my business substantially because of Alia’s, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity. My only concern or complaint for the past 2 years I’ve been selling on Alia’s for is the seller contact service lines. They are usually very unhelpful when submitting claims and asking questions regarding any issue, and they treat you without priority and I believe that should be fixed especially for those who have a lot in sales and high seller scores.

Authentication has gone downhill
Something doesn’t seem right with authentication. I’ve recently had to deal with losing due to cancelled sales loss and being charged the return shipping fees over their authenticators deeming items as used/worn. The items have all been new and fresh out of the packaging to the point the item even has the folds from being new. It doesn’t make sense especially if the items have a certain “washed/vintage” style. Training needs to be updated otherwise sellers will continue to lose. I have proof of purchase for the authenticity and multiple size items as well so I’m not joking around here.

Same issue as others
I’ve had the same issues as others recently having had their items returned as “replicas”. I’ve sold hundreds of items on Alias/goat and have receipts from the stores I’ve purchased every single one of them to back it up, but their team has gotten to be awful. GOAT on 4 occasions have sent me b-grade stamped shoes and fought me on returns for allowing these through when the purchase wasn’t for b-grade items. They really don’t check things well and their authentication methods are suspect at best. Look at Goatgroup as a whole and it becomes pretty obvious that they’re the worst to deal with, I’d take my business to StockX or eBay before ever buying on GOAT or selling on Alias, I’d rate 0 stars if I could.

Need better authenticators
I tried to sell my off white belt on this app and woke up the next morning after selling to find that it was being sent back and I had been charged $10. I then emailed and they claimed it was a replica even tho I had bought it from an actually off white store!
