“Error fetching data”
Saw someone say they have to uninstall and re-install bc of this message. You dont. Just close out the app and it’ll have u log in again and it’ll work. But this is still very inconvenient to have to log back in EVERY TIME to see ur schedule. Plus app is just glitchy in general

why is there even a face ID option
i get tired of typing in my password every time i use this app & so do my employees. it's been like 3 years give it a quality update please and thnx 😊
Is this app EVER going to be fixed?
Still can’t log in on my phone. Times out every single time and can’t even get the Face ID to work. Only the work tablet seems to be working. Very frustrating. Should be able to access my schedule whenever I need to.

It’s good when it actually works, for the last week it’s been taking 15-18 min for it to “load” very frustrating.

Gives you options to set up Face ID & won’t let it even work 🙄 a hassle to log in everyone I need to check my schedule
Enable fingerprint
I sometimes don’t have the time to log on or remember what my password might be. I need to be able to log on with my finger print.
Doesn’t get the job done!!
Can’t put in a request for days off and i cant even look at other things that other companies would supply in their apps/employee self services. Though, its not like their going to read this!
Gets the job done
It’s not the best app and it has a bug where it won’t let me put in my thumbprint so I have to type in my login every single time I open the app and it’s really annoying but it works for the most part I guess

This app needs a serious update I have to uninstall the app every time to look at different things it’s pretty inconvenient.
