It's pretty easy to access everything but if I ever want to enable face ID it never works even though I am putting in all the right credentials. I hate having to type in my password every time I open the app because it never saves itdjjskcklslfkskakdkf
Constantly crashing
This app is constantly crashing to where I Iegit have to uninstall and reinstall almost every day. It always says there’s “an error fetching data”. Also, I agree with the other interviewer that said we should be able to see our paystubs from the app.BroodyElacey

This New update i dont like it at all, when i log out of the app! It doesnt actually log out like i have to refresh the screen in order for it to fully log out !!! Like you all need to work on this ASAP.cmojskene

It’s a good app to view schedules and add requests. I agree with another review on here that it should give us an option to view paystubs.Netherland_Ally

App suggestion
I think we should be able to see our paycheck stubs on this app. Now that we don’t get a paper version anymore. Can’t you add that ability to this app? We should not have to go to the store to look at our paystub. That would be a great addition to this. If you can get that to work out it would be greatly appreciatedShow lessstadua5134

I can’t even reset my password, even though my state is open again, so now we have to manually send everything and it’s a messhaley tried

i’m assuming the login is down due to so many stores being closed, however we still need access to time cards and vacation hours available. Hope this is fixed soon.Morgan is cooler than you
Touch/Face ID Don’t Work
Up until the update (a few months ago I think), I was able to clock in with my fingerprint. That seems to no longer work and it just tells me the credentials are incorrect. App is also super glitchy and isn’t fit for an iPad (even though it’s offered on it).xememem
