Very buggy
Doesn’t function properly. Seems to log workouts but when you look at them after saving, the numbers are incorrect (usually showing the prior workout). Other small bugs but that’s the big one and makes the app useless. Have to use a third party app or keep workouts logged in spreadsheet.
Free app that needs a few tweaks
The family enjoys the X3 workouts but feel that your workout data should be stored correctly for the day of workout. Nothing motivates people more than being able to review their data, but with today’s workout populating in previous days workouts is garbage. Everyone wants to be able to go back to the beginning and see where they started

The Videos are Super Helpful
Update: If you click settings you can enable Pec Crossover to appear for Workout 1 and alter between Front Squats <-> Split Squats and Overhead Press <-> Upright Row. This app is great for providing quick tracking for the workout and it’s nice having the videos on hand if you forget how to do an exercise. However, in order to access the additional exercises you need to enter ‘Custom Workouts’ which is super annoying. Those specific exercises should be added under Workout 1 & 2.(Do different color scheme for those to signify that they’re optional.)

X3 product is GREAT, app not so much.
I have been using the X3 bands and bar for 2 weeks now and have enjoyed them. I can tell that there is some progress being made. The app on the other hand is only good for seeing what exercises you should do for workout 1 and workout 2. I recently went back to see how I have progressed from the very first workout that I did, and all it did was show me the exact results of what I had put in for today. I checked other past days and received the same results. I love the equipment but this app is otherwise worthless to me because once I have the exercises down, I don’t need an app to keep telling me why to do. I would greatly value it IF it could actually keep accurate account of what I had done. Please fix...ASAP!

Response from developer
Our recent update has patched this bug so your workouts will all save correctly!
Can’t document 3rd party bands
I need 3rd party 32” bands because I’m short. Can’t document them on this app.
Which is a whole different issue from having to buy 3rd party bands in the first place, because a $550 exercise device doesn’t come with useful options for short people.

Easy to Use!
This is the perfect app! It is easy to use and keeps me from doubling up my days. I also love tracking my progress through the daily protocols. This is the perfect compliment to the X3 Bar.
Good At First But Frustrating
Having just begun with the X-3 Bar, I’m greatly enjoying the workouts. At first the tracker app was performing perfectly, but became difficult when I added the pec crossover my last session. And I can’t delete ANYTHING that’s wrong that the app has added! I have two workouts for the same day that I can neither edit or delete! This seriously NEEDS a working edit/delete function! Are there directions somewhere that app owners can use?

Good Tracking app, but I have some suggestions
ETA: Oh no! The app isn’t saving my past workouts! Every past workout is the most recent!
*************
I have had to start with some serious steel bands since I wasn’t strong enough to begin with the X3 bands, so it would be nice to at least have a notes option maybe at the bottom of each workout where I could note what band I used until I can use the X3 bands. A notes section would be nice anyway to remember anything about past sessions I wanted to remember.

Simple and easy
I would give the app five stars, but I really wish they would allow an option to add multiple bands to the tracking. For instance if I do chest press using the black band and the light gray band. That would make my tracking much more accurate
Does not save workout data due to bug
Program generally works well and allows inputting data of each workout with the x3. Unfortunately, the data does not save correctly: the past workouts get overwritten by the last workout done. Useless as a log if the workouts aren’t saved!
