Not exporting right failed files
Just recently my videos won’t let me export phone storage isn’t full cleared cache is there an update or a reset buttontson84
Terrible
I regret buying the camera. Crap gui, bad chinese translations, can’t mount it to ANYTHING without the button being pressed ruining shots. Several times I have lost footage due to an error importing into the app. Not worth $200 AT ALL!271837483
Adequate but still needs work
This app does the job of making the Insta360 Go camera usable, but it still needs work to be fully functional.
In particular, the handling of portrait vs landscape orientation is poor. I have an iPad Pro with keyboard case and it is awkward to need to turn the iPad on its side in order to use this app. Also the handling of Bluetooth is not great. I assume there are battery life issues on the camera that make it difficult to maintain a Bluetooth connection, but the app could do a better job of dealing with the normal use case of starting a time lapse and checking on it periodically over an hour or more.Show lessPaul-asdfghjkl
Appalling app - do not buy the insta360 Go!
I bought an insta360 go after watching some YouTube video reviews and was under the impression that this would be a convenient, quick way to capture video with minimal work. How wrong I was!
Here are my issues:
- The app crashes constantly
- It will not export any footage to my iPhones camera roll / photos album
- The Bluetooth function never finds the camera
- It logs me out constantly so I have to re-sign in every time I open the app
- The stabilisation toggles do not work when trying to edit a video
These are only the worst ones that come to mind.
This is appalling for software to accompany a camera the costs £209 on the Insta360 website.

Crashed
Barley works at all. I’m on an iPhone 6s and whenever I go to the album and select a video, the app crashes. I have plenty of storage capacity, so it’s not that. It just runs terribly for me.BobGit
Good APP but, who uses iPad in portrait mode anymore?
The functions of the app are good, but only having portrait mode make this app unusable on my iPad Pro, specially with keyboard attached. Apple should put some kind of "obligation" to include landscape just to ensure user experienceMr.huerta
Not sound and music
I cannot add music to my videos even I cannot listen to any sound on the videos in the community section. Really disappointed about that! Moreover, after being doing a video I cannot downloaded to my phone!Alegnaontour
Bad priorities
This app maximizes “engagement“, makes it easy to see Chinese social media something, and camera functions are hard to find and use.
There’s no easy way to know state of charge, no quick way to know what camera is doing, it feels like everything that makes it a good camera was deprioritized.
