Insta360 Go app doesn’t work and keep on crashing.
I got the insta360 GO, downloaded app on my iPad Air (with the latest iOS available), the app keep on crashing when trying to create story. I simply can’t make it to work. Very disappointed because iPad Air is on the compatible list.RollYourOwnGear
Landscape mode, PLEASE... and thank you.
Using this for the IPad, and the app does not support landscape mode. Seems like a decent app, if that were to be fixed.Lokihaus

J’ai passé l’après midi au complet à chercher l’image ....je n’ai rien vu sur l’écran ...car il n’y a que des explications en Anglais en plus de ça ce qu’il faudrait ce serait des liens qui mettent en place cette caméra et moins d’explications

Des liens qui porte fruits ... pas ces longues explications qui n’aboutiront à rien qu’un désengagement de cette Insta360 Go ...
Il ne me reste plus qu’à retourner cette caméra dont je n’ai pas vu l’ombre d’une image

Crashes all the time
This app crashes all the time. I am unable to view or download my footageedosen

The app makes creating good videos easy, but unfortunately it crashes every time I try to export them so unable to share them.Froglet7
Good but need improvements
Apart from some crashes the app allows you create very professional videos from your phone. That said missing the iCloud support to for example import the videos on the go on my phone but later edit them more conveniently from the iPad! Also missing a wider range of tunes, and some recommendations based on the time of the custom video. In the sound side also would be good to modify the volume of the music by segments not applying the same setting for the whole video. Looking forward to see these features added in the short term to make videos easierShow lessmccpower83

Update! App seems to work better now but iPhone needs but chunk of storage available before I can do things on it. Disappointed that I no longer can achieve 8gb storage as after I format it shows 6.6gb which isn’t that much. Just took it to London for the day and only shot 15 sec clips but was soon used up. In principle this should be an awesome product, but why such a small memory. When you’re on the go you need to upload every 5 mins just to keep up with it. Totally fed up with this app! Useless! Used to work when first got GO but now just crash after crash! Waste of time 😭Show lessEmmajennifer
