Not good
I never leave a review in apps store before. This is not a good app & not a good camera.Bought the camera for $300 +.. the quality is low, the software itself are not user friendly. So hard to edit one by one and end up crashed! Even I transferred the file to laptop( so I can edit using fcp) the quality is really bad. They tried to advertise the smallest steady cam camera, but what’s the point if the quality is so terrible.Show lessFarEasy

Device not recognised
This is the second time I’ve downloaded this app as I’d hoped it would rectify my initial issue. Alas even when the insta360 Go charging dock is plugged directly into my IPhone X the app is not responsive, the instruction on my screen remains “connect your charging dock” etc.
Bluetooth connection is extremely temperamental, though doesn’t seem to make any difference to the phone recognising the device.
Can’t access any of the footage on the camera at all.
Wonder how the first wave of YouTube reviewers were able to edit their footage? 🤔 Was this done externally?!
Technical support appears limited. Time zones means there’s no one to deal with my issue at the moment. I fear they’ll have a backlog of complaints by the morning!Show lessslc84writes
Almost there! So close!
The Insta360 GO app is great and very intuitive. There are some instances where the app doesn’t recognise the charger case being connect to the phone, but other than that it works great. The Bluetooth control feature sometimes drops out but reconnects eventually.Chris Halili
