Ive been calling for a week with no return call. They upload the days they feel like. After four days of this i finally received an email. Just for the email to say ill have to “just be patient we told the support agent about the filing issue but the is not and eta we can give you on when the matter would be resolved” so basically what im saying is you are better off waiting on you check to come bc you 100% are gonna end up doing it anyway, dont waste you time downloading this crude.

Useless
I have attempted to connect two separate debit card accounts to my app account but no success. I have tried every option customer service has presented but without success. Prizeout payments are giving me trouble as well. This app is absolutely useless
Definitely not daily pay
I don’t like this app ! Nothing immediate about it. I’m unsure as to why my employer chose switch to this app from daily pay but it was a terrible choice.
Messing up
It would be nice if my pay was available the same day I worked that shift but lately it says my balance is 0$ until days later

GREAT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
ever since having a newborn, ImmediatePay has been a great relief. But when it was time for emergency diapers and I was low on funds. There was an issue with my ImmediatePay. I reached out to customer service and Alexis got back to me via email within 30 minutes. She quickly and professionally escalated my situation and I was able to make a deposit within an hour. Overall, I am very amazed with my experience with ImmediatePay.
