Absolutely amazing how bad this is programmed
I find it truly astounding that such a simple concept has been executed so badly… in this day and age it is one of the modern wonders of the world…
Always freezes
I have 3 children and going through and ready my kids stuff is always frustrating. It always freezes and says no internet I have uninstalled and downloaded again and still it never works. So frustrating.
Far from perfect

Notification badge is inaccurate.
Posts read on the internet do not automatically get marked as read in the phone app.
Keep getting logged out, and is having a very hard time accepting to log back in.
In short there are some progress to be made to render the app better.

Could be so much better
This app could be so much better. Fix the issue with notifications, I either get notified and can’t get rid of the notifications or I don’t get notifications at all and I miss them. Read more/expand feature glitches regularly. Please do more user testing before your next release.
Why is there no “back button”????
There is no quick way to go back to a previous page on the app. No back button exists or if it does, it’s not intuitive. Again, more time wasting for teachers who don’t have it to begin with.
The app crashes every time I try save a photo
The app repeatedly crashes every time I try to save a photo from a post. The app is also very clunky, in that you can only upload/embed one photo at a time. This is very time consuming on the teacher’s end.

Our school uses this app for most Comms, reports and sharing photos.
Unfortunately it’s very difficult to navigate. It’s hard to find information after you’ve seen it, photos don’t enlarge. It’s easy to miss important information because of it.

Fix the notification button
Very frustrating app that can’t get the notification button right. This means there are lots of missed messages as you don’t believe the app when it shows there is a notification.
App Notification not disappearing
Ever since the last app update, I have a notification that won’t go away. There is no new information from school, it seems to be a glitch. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, and the notification reappears every time. Very annoying.
Notification nightmare
We’re 4 months into this year and 2 notifications have been showing for the entirety of Term 1. They don’t disappear, ever. Regardless of doing all logical things including deleting and reloading the app, emailing the app help desk and throwing the phone across the room.
Frustrating when you miss important announcements from the school because there are permanently two notifications present, despite there not actually being any at all once the app is opened.
Please fix!
