Notification won’t go
Have this issue since last year and been ignoring all time. It just quick annoying where you don’t have any new notification but the app shows there is 1 the whole time even you have marked all as read.
Notifications are annoying
There’s no such thing as no notifications. If I have no notifications the app shows three. If I actually have notifications it shows the correct number… if I have three notifications I’ll never know. The app does what it says… just not very well all the time.
Useful app, annoying bugs
This app has good functionality and is great for interacting with the teachers and leaders at my kid’s school, let down by small, annoying bugs. The biggest annoyances are (1) inability to remove schools my kids are no longer at, and (2) if an announcement is sent to a class and then removed by the teacher before I can read it the badge notification on the app icon continues to display a count, even though there are no unread announcements inside the app.

Constant notification
The app constantly shows a notification icon when there are no notifications. I can’t seem to get rid of it and worried I will miss when actual new notifications come in. Very annoying.
Clunky
This is a very clunky piece of software. Notifications appear then I open the app and there’s nothing there.

I have just tried to open it to read a notification and I just get a blanks white screen with the waiting circle spinning. I’ve left it for several minutes but it still won’t open. I appear to have the latest version also.
I have just changed my phone to a new iPhone and the same issues that I had with my previous ones still exist on my new phone.

Constant notifications
It constantly has two notifications showing and I cannot get rid of them no matter what I try. I have deleted and reinstalled the app more than once. Frustrating because it means I can miss actual notifications because the number just doesn’t change.
Needs an update
I constantly have 4 notifications showing. Only if there is a real notification does the number change, it will show 1 or 2 but as soon as I read the message it is back to 4 again!

This app is so easy to navigate! If in doubt the help guides are easy to follow. Very useful for group goal setting and data management. Love the community and staff notices. Would highly recommend.
