Notification issues
General issues with notifications. Either not showing or showing when there are none. Have to open up app to see if anything new.
Would love to be able to enlarge photos
As a parent you can’t save or enlarge any photos in the posts made by teachers. Would love to be able to “zoom in” with the two finger pinch and spread technique found to work everywhere else on a smartphone.
Consistent issues
Frequently logs me out, never sends notifications for updates via the newsfeed, newsletters, or my child’s classroom updates, etc. Alternates between including my child who is no longer at the school to not including them, very weird. I have an iPhone- perhaps this app was not designed with iPhones in mind? I’ve deleted & re-downloaded the app multiple times- doesn’t fix it. The school cannot help, as they haven’t designed the app. I’m incredibly tech savvy so I know the issue isn’t with me either. Frustrated, because I miss important details from the school. Paper notifications would be much preferred/more effective then using this app- unless improvements can be made. In theory, it should be a great one. Hoping to enjoy ease of use in the future.

Almost 1 year in and it still can’t remember my login
This may seem silly but why can’t the developers get a simple thing like “remember login” right?
This app is most frustrating and it appears to be developed by 5th graders (who can probably get the aforementioned right).
