Great privacy, app suggestion
Despite the hiccup about a month ago with an iOS update, this has been pretty wonderful for both personal and business chats.
I might heavily suggest when viewing media, such as images or gifs, that we should have the ability to rotate the orientation of our device to look at images that or more widescreen aspect ratio.
We should also be able to tap on the media when viewing it to make the background go away. Because looking at media with a white background on an image you can’t rotate via phone orientation is rather annoying.

Can’t create an account
After being told you can use for gaming chats on random online games.

Send & receive photos and text unreliable
Just started using this app. I’ve found that most times I’ve tried to sent photos they fail, sometimes when sent are eventually received. Incoming photos, I’ve not yet received one photo successfully, just an empty place repeatedly trying to receive photo, then a retry icon, press it followed by endless trying to download. Text only messages seem to send and receive ok sometimes. Sometimes messages are received many hours later. I hope the bugs are fixed soon.

Great but images don’t send…
The messaging experience is good but sending images has gotten worse. It used to be that images would take a couple of attempts to send but now images don’t send at all. Really hope this gets sorted as I like everything else about the app.
Terribly Slow
Session has gotten unusable it's incredibly slow. Sending a single image I need to hit resend sometimes like 10 times for it to finally go through then the person on the other end has to wait forever for said image to load. It never used to be this bad. Moving to another app.

Don’t bother - Broken
This app no longer works. Since early July it won’t download save or send/receive any file, pics, or movies.
Google shows that support is no longer replying to customers and it’s not working for anyone.

Videos and pictures do not send
Extremely frustrating. Happens to everyone of my contacts. Videos and pictures do not send Cut my losses in the end and now use a different app. It’s a shame because it could be really good
App frequently breaks
Used to be great. The app frequently breaks and will no longer send certain messages, mainly pics and vids. Re-downloading doesn't fix it. I love the privacy and security measures they have but that doesn't matter if it frequently stops working. Numerous message board threads on reddit and discord about the problems which never seem to get fixed. Many better options out there. Devs keep telling people to download current version, which has been done, but refuse to acknowledge they have an issue sending and receiving media. If they can admit it and roll out a fix I'll update the review. Until then, don't waste your time and find a better app to use.
