birthday fiasco
we ordered a fetii to take us to houston from Spring because we wanted to be responsible and not drive. I forgot my ID and realized 3 minutes after leaving my house. Our driver refused to stop, add a stop to the drive, or let anyone out before we got to our destination which was 40 minutes away. I am 23, everyone in the car was over 21, but it is absolutely ridiculous to refuse to let anyone out or refuse to stop for any reason in a moving vehicle. This ruined my birthday and wasted everyone’s time and money. Fetii needs to change its policies because barring a medical emergency they will not stop for any reason including an emergency regarding the bathroom. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend their services.

They do a great job with their core business. Fantastic way to get around with a group!
Unfortunately, their heavy handed marketing and no ability to opt out, makes Fetii a service I will not use again until they understand some folks want to use their service without the constant marketing messages.

Fetii Fan!!
I live Fetii!! It is the perfect way for my friend group to get around! The music,the lights,the drivers are always amazing! They also partnered with CHILIFEST last year in college station and had free rides going all night so huge props to them getting everyone home safe that weekend 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Best Ride-share App
Fetii is a great ride-share service app as well as a cheaper alternative to a party bus when traveling in big groups. Payment is simple and easy and Fetii is always a great time! Highly Recommend downloading the app and sharing with Friends. Once you use it once, you’ll definitely use more than Uber and Lyft.

No show and impossible to get ahold of
I paid $500 in advance for 2 trips, one to our destination and one back. I got multiple confirmations and then the driver no-showed. I was unable to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner. The chat function is a bot and said someone would contact me in 24 hrs which was obviously too late. I had to send an email to the person who reserved it with the company because his number went straight to Voicemail. I didn’t hear anything back until 5 hours later stating it would be sent to management. I have not heard anything from management.

Worst app ever
So I’ve taken two different fetii’s today and got kicked out of both because of extra payments and “money not being spent” even though we showed all of the payments through our bank accounts. I lost over $500 between the two fetii’s and didn’t even travel 5 miles yet… all I can say is do NOT EVER use this app because you will get scammed, upcharged, and most likely kicked out after giving them $300 then $300 up charge. DONT USE THIS APP!!

Completely ruined our night
Tried fetti for the first time and it completely ruined our night. I scheduled the ride at a certain time just for the ride to be 30 minutes late. This made my friends and I unable to get into the event we had planned for the night. Not only was the ride arriving late, but it eventually cancelled on us. This was supposed to be a great night for my girlfriends and I, but fetti ruined it. Definitely unreliable and would not recommend.

Fetii is fantastic for getting around the city, whether you're a student or anyone else. With room for up to 15 people in one van, it streamlines group transportation. The hassle of splitting up as a group and dealing with fare splitting the next day is a thing of the past with Fetii. Next time you, your friends, or even your family are heading out, consider giving Fetii a try!

Fetii is FUN!
Fetii has been the greatest ride share app I have ever used with my sorority and big groups! The awkward Venmo’s and text to send can finally end. I love how everyone scans themselves and your ride is meant for you and your friends to have fun. It’s so safe and the drivers all love to dance and listen to music with you. You can request to have aux and truly make this an experience, not just a ride to the bars!

Affordable, and easy for large pregames and groups of friends to go out together. Can fit 15+ people. Super fun vibe, friendly drivers, aux chord available, and disco lights. Everyone pays separately through the app so no need for awkward venmos the next morning.
