We’ve developed a new mobile app and online banking platform to deliver a better digital experience to our Gateway customers. Some enhancements you can expect to see in the app are: • Robust personal financial management tools • Link external accounts to view all your finances in one place • Easier navigation • Secure messaging with Gateway Is that a new logo? Yes! We are excited to unveil a new logo that reflects our robust banking and mortgage services. How does this impact me? • Effective 11/07/22 4:45 PM CT, the existing mobile app was disabled and removed from the App Store. Customers will no longer be able to log in from the old mobile app. • On 11/08/22, customers will need to install the new Gateway Mobile Banking app from the App Store. Note: Customers will no longer be able to lock or freeze Gateway credit, debit, or business cards.   • For banking customers not mortgage?

    I am a mortgage customer only and could not log in. I have no problem on the website.

    Looking at the screen shots and features, I don’t see anything about mortgage.

    If the app is for banking customers only, the description should say so.

  • Can’t Login

    So, I have an account with Gateway for my mortgage. I have no specific username. I just login with my email address. This must be an issue as I’m constantly being told that they are incorrect. When I try to submit a “forgot my login ID”, and submit my information (social, birth date, zip code) I’m being told the information is incorrect. But if I go on the internet I can log directly into my account. So, I have no idea what’s going on. But this app didn’t work for me.

    This is the most inept company Ive ever dealt with. I login to pay monthly due their stupid auto pay not working. I have records of my paying in time. Online it says Im past due an owe them extra. Gateway is ridiculous. Please help Gateway.
