For banking customers not mortgage?
I am a mortgage customer only and could not log in. I have no problem on the website.
Looking at the screen shots and features, I don’t see anything about mortgage.

Can’t Login
So, I have an account with Gateway for my mortgage. I have no specific username. I just login with my email address. This must be an issue as I’m constantly being told that they are incorrect. When I try to submit a “forgot my login ID”, and submit my information (social, birth date, zip code) I’m being told the information is incorrect. But if I go on the internet I can log directly into my account. So, I have no idea what’s going on. But this app didn’t work for me.Show less8 Inch Punisher

This is the most inept company Ive ever dealt with. I login to pay monthly due their stupid auto pay not working. I have records of my paying in time. Online it says Im past due an owe them extra. Gateway is ridiculous. Please help Gateway.Horridgame1257

I can log in no problem online, try using the app and it never works logging in. This app is the worst!ricky471
