Amazing
I am sitting here trying out a few voice to text App’s and this one is amazing. My friend who is basically deaf was amazed.
I would suggest if possible that a different color text is used for the different voices speaking to make it easier for the reader to follow as people tend to speak over each other.
One thing we are a little unsure of is how the pricing works. Does the annual fee cover unlimited use or is their an hourly charge that one must pay?
Anyway we tested this app and it can pick up people speaking quite a few meters away, but then prioritises those speaking who are closest to the device.
Great job bringing a smile to a person who finds it very difficult to communicate.

Mixed Feelings
My wife lost her hearing a few months back so we had to rely on apps such as this to basically live on a daily basis. The basic version is very hit or miss. You have to be very close to the app and even then it will miss many words. They basically make it mess up on purpose (at least it looks that way). The paid app is pretty incredible. It can hear people from across the room and is very accurate. What is a problem, a major problem, is the pricing. Being $5 a month is not bad, but 1) 5 hours goes fast, very fast. 2) even if you don’t use the 5 hours one month and pay for another month it won’t give you another 5 hours, it caps the hours at ~6 hours, even though you paid another month 3) after you cancel the subscription the hours will expire after a month. So they really hold onto these premium hours. We have since turned to other solutions.

Great app. As a profoundly hard of hearing person who only started to lose my hearing 12 years ago, I did all I could to make up for the increased loss til it got to the point that lip reading no longer worked. (And as per my audiologist, I have “phenomenal” lip reading skills.) Now I can have conversations with people and not lose half to three quarters of the conversation. Just spent half an hour with my sister and niece and it was no problem keeping up with what they said. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years, used a different one prior, but it was just so so. Live Transcribe is so much better. Thank you!

A life saver
Best invention . I have the Pro Transcribe and find it amazing while we are on holiday on Hop on Hop off buses commentary , or anywhere a tour operator is speaking . 5 hours is not enough per month while on holiday have had to buy more , but at home it’s about right .

Saw this at a formal dinner with many older attendees. Gentleman next to me had this operating to hear the speaker. Will be bringing to attention of my mother in law who will greatly benefit following her hearing loss. Super product.
Frustrating…
I’m a subscriber and I use this app for short-sentence communication with a deaf relative. I’m NOT liking the recently added feature of being asked to save translations when clearing them. This slows down a conversation steam and has no purpose for simple conversation exchange. Please make this an option in settings to turn on or off. Thank you.

Fantastic app
It’s incredibly useful for communicating with my deaf relative. Very good at transcribing my words and very legible for her to read. I’d give it 10 stars if possible!

I'm severely deaf and this app is my lifeline. Transcription is incredibly fast and accurate, the app is beautifully designed, and the annual cost is extremely reasonable for the excellent service provided. My heartfelt thanks and admiration to the team who created my lifeline.

You have helped enormously with doctors appointments for my very deaf 91 year old relative. It made us smile when her TAVi procedure became teddy.
In a meeting though we had poor success her phone managed to transcribe well with a different app but the iPad couldn’t pick up the speech with live transcribe , not sure why.
