Not worth the day to day headache (updated)

Game itself isn't bad, decent plot and all, but the social aspect is truly disappointing. Many users, on a daily basis, cause unnecessary drama over the smallest of issues, giving the impression that they're making every attempt possible to change human nature. Frequent drama in the public channel over 'unfinished resource tiles,' which, to state the obvious, are programmed to be infinite in games like this, especially when those very people have other options. To further add to the disappointment, they bully those who speak up for themselves or their allies and make excuses when you try to reason with them logically. Some users even use their credit cards as a weapon, turning the game into a pay-to-win nightmare and creating an even more toxic environment. The constant harassment and manipulation tactics used by these players make it clear that they thrive on creating chaos and misery for others. What's even more frustrating is that Phantix Games seems to ignore these problems, making the game quite stressful to play. Overall, I'd say to just spare yourself the headache and find another game where you don't have this kind of drama on a day-to-day basis.

Terrible.

Don’t waste your time the advertising is fake and the game play is the complete opposite.

Unfair and just a money grab

Game was enjoyable until technical issues stopped me from logging in during a kill event. Got attacked because I could not login to refresh my shield. GM said they would only restore crew that were attacked during the time system was down (not all day). Like they expect people to just sit there clicking to login all day. Bull. They just want you to spend money to heal crew in the sanitarium. 🤬

Developers don’t care about players

Been playing for YEARS spent lots of money over those years, but when the worlds second biggest clan came into town and started raiding me, my phone which was next to me did not tell me I was being raided as it is supposed to, it was only due to chance that I logged into the game just before the last raid hit which would have fully wiped me out. Had the game been working correctly I would have seen a notification with a 5min warning telling me I was about to take a raid. They raided me 3 times and I received no notification. I showed the developers proof, with screenshots and all I get in response from the developers is “it sent okay our end so there is nothing we can do” so you can spend years or thousands of ££ building an army and you can lose it all to a technical glitch. Don’t waste your money or time on this game, the developers don’t care and won’t fix their mistakes.

Be careful they won’t compensate you when their server crashes you will be zeroed and they require you to rebuilt funny ..DO NOT SPEND MONEY I learned this the hard way

The latest issues are never resolved, the developers of this game are always a few steps behind, if you want to be frustrated jnstead of having a fun, relaxing, stress free way to unwind then maybe give this game a try. This game let’s let’s you down every time you try to get into it, try any other game that’s out there, you’ll be happier that you passed on this poor excuse for entertainment, these developers need to do some learning, and discover how to do their own job, they get one whole star because there’s no lower rating available, very disappointed!

You’s took my money from my account without asking! I downloaded this to my phone & all of a sudden the money in my bank account it gone too. This game cost me $50 bux but it said it was for free for installing. I want my money back

Developers getting greedier, to expensive to play

Similar to most other games of this type. Not to buggy, some nice bits to it. Overall a bit dated in terms of mechanics and features. It’s costly to play. Worst part is the events where the ones that you have to do as part of being an active member of your faction have increased in regularity. If you don’t do them your faction will penalise or boot you. The only way to complete these events is to spend more money or spend ages on the game doing repetitive and boring tasks. These events last around 10 days with around a week break before the next starts. Not fun.
