Great idea - useless operation. Downloaded App - tried to log in using my account details - it tells me to input email and password which I have already input. Initially it said ‘Unauthorised’ but again did not help you find out how to authorise an app. It will be interesting to see if the developers respond to this review.Show lessAwful company!
I cannot wait untill my contract is up so I can switch suppliers, the app don’t work I can’t even log into my account on their website despite trying to reset my password (reset email never arrives) can’t even see my usage throughout the month which is a pain when sorting out bills!What has happened to opus
I have been a customer for over 10 years but the last 18 months I have no idea what has happened to them
Can’t access account, trying to get hold of a person is awful takes a long time and is a right pain.
Will be moving as soon as contract is up
