You need to sign in on the web app with the same email or phone number that you used on your mobile phone when you first downloaded the app and subscribed for the premium version.   • I love it!

    It’s a great platform to exhibit my artwork. It’s perfect so social media networks. I love it.
  • Wall app

    This app would be much better if it worked on a windows pc desktop. The feature to access the art images could also be improved. It is a bit awkward.
  • Is insitu joking? Zero stars if I could

    Seldom do I come across an app that is so problematic to use. I’m signed in but have to sign in again and again and again and each time go through the verification process with a different code each time ... copy the code from a text and have to reenter my phone again and then get a different code ... over and over again.
    Oh the youtube “instructional” video insitu directed me to is a joke - it assumes I know how to use insitu. Zero stars if I can -
    Going elsewhere ...

  • Not satisfied

    It doesn’t work on my iPad at all. After verifying with both gmail account and phone number, it still shows only a blank page!

  • Giving up :(

    Can’t restore my purchase. Blurry pictures. Auto renew policy that I can’t seem to cancel. Help desk was responsive with emails, they just can’t seem to get my issue fixed.

  • Premium rooms don’t work

    The rooms look good but even after I subscribed for premium rooms the app will not allow me to use them . Terrible!!! But the interesting thing is that the payments go through perfectly well hmmm strange

  • Poor usability

    I just cannot figure out how to use this app. I successfully uploaded an image but I’m not able to do much more than that, for instance to remove the image I uploaded, or do any changes to the image itself like cropping (which I’d expect to be a feature).

  • Beautiful art rooms!

    Am subscribed and love the variety of art rooms available. I gave 4 star because as a subscriber I expect HD image quality once saved — image is disappointingly blurred. However, great app!

    Hi Fifi.Marika, Thank you for the 4 stars! Makes us very happy! About the quality, we've improved it in our latest update but plan on improving it even more. However, the pictures are meant to be used on mobile devices for posts on IG and similar. If you're looking for web quality you should try our web app. All the best.
  • Lots of problems

    Has great rooms, but the app glitches a lot and makes your upload pixelated. Now I got a new mobile phone and it doesn’t recognize my subscription. Reached out to developers with no answer.
