Continued problems
Although I paid for a subscription it’s constantly not allowing me to access the premium rooms. I got it resolved and then it just does the same thing. Following the instructions of clicking restore purchases doesn’t work and I waste unnecessary time reaching out to support to get it resolved. Meanwhile I’ve been paying for service I don’t get. Not happy! It’s a beautiful app when it works.Show lesscmac1253

I bought the app last night, 6/30/20, went to use it today and I have no access to premium rooms which I paid for!

Love the rooms it offers but it has lot of issues. Im paying for subscription but still cant use premium content due to app issues :( disappointingzuzisz

Premium not working
I loved this app until I got a new phone. I subscribed on my old phone for a year’s worth of premium access. On my new phone, I can’t access the premium rooms. There’s no customer service for help.sandyartistoftheyear
No resize
I wanted to check this out before thinking about the subscription but as I could only access upload, a few rooms and frames with no resize I could not tell what I would get for subscribing. I decided to remove the app from my iPhone.Stargazer68uks
