    The Beans has made my financial life easy to manage which has made my entire life better!
  • Elegant Solution

    Great user experience and support is amazing. The beans is solving a massive problem for the caring class. Teachers and nurses are finally getting a solution they need to help them grow their financial health in an automated way.

  • Can’t verify income

    Seems neat but I added more than one checking account; I added the one I get my income in first then the second; it kept wanting to make my second account income… it failed to completely list the first account at all.

    Hi 1092TC! Thanks so much for your review. You should be able to select any transaction, from any of your accounts, from the transaction list. Select the + on the top right, then choose any transaction to make a new 'income'.   • What is even going on?

    It’s just a screen with dots and acronyms that don’t have key. Good luck understanding what any of it means.
  • Terrible support glitchy app

    If I could give no stars I would. Wouldn’t connect with my back, claimed I’d hear from support within 2 days. A full month later and multiple emails and no response. Pity if they actually responded maybe I could have used the app and given a full review

    You guys do know some people get paid weekly, right..?
  • Won’t work - now has all my bank info !!

    Would be no stars. I have been trying for and hour Everytime!!!!!!!!! I open the app my iPhone starts to over heat. On top of this they now have my bank information and I have no idea how to get past the set up, when I click app support it tries to open the app. I want my information removed immediately. I will post here everyday until I get a response. Ugh! I don’t want to be dealing with this nonsense!

    Updated: 3 starts as They were prompt when reaching out to resolve my issue.

    Hi Lolamonrolled, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your phone is overheating, that is not something we have heard before. We have tested repeatedly and cannot reproduce this. Our engineering team asks if you may have additional apps open with high demand? It may be the combination of other apps running in the background with our dynamic animations that is causing your phone to overheat. We did cancel your account as soon as you requested it and have deleted all of your associated information from our servers.   • Great App

    It’s a very straight forward app to use. Great for younger and older people for its simplicity. It has great potential once fully completed.
  • Not available in my area..why didn’t you just say that?

    Downloaded this with the hope that it would be different from the 1000 other budgeting apps I’ve tried, in that it’s supposed to allow you leeway for spending on what makes you happy. Went through registration only to see it’s not available in my area. Seeing as though the very first question is “where are you located”, that should’ve been the FIRST thing I knew. Wouldn’t have given them my information if I’d known they’d just keep me on hold until it’s available. Now i have another useless app that knows all my info. Delete.

  • Frustrated

    This app needs more work. The concept is great. A digital budget tool that not only helps you plan but also help you cope—the app implements breaks in between each step so as not to overwhelm yourself. That’s cool.

    But then like? It’s glitchy as hell. I had to contact customer support on step one. They were great. So professional and prompt and even updated the app to fix the bug. Sigh. But then I got to step 2. And I’m not contacting customer support again. For whatever reason, the transactions on my account don’t all show up through this app. There’s an option to report that however there is no option to manually add reoccurring expenses and income. Wouldn’t you think that that’s necessary?

    The aesthetic of the app is lovely but it isn’t super functional. It feels as if the app is still in the beta stage. Which is a deal breaker for me. I would delete my account but it looks like I’d have to contact customer support to do that. So. Whatever.

    Hi BongiLovely, I'm sorry to hear that you have had issues with the app. It's clear from your review that you are aligned with our mission to simplify the path to money + life balance; I hope we can earn our relationship back. The app is new to the app store, but it's not in beta. We are having a huge amount of demand right now and are scaling our services to keep up. In Step 2 our goal is to be sure that all of your essential accounts are connected, this way we can serve you with automatic support and you won't have to do the work to update your transactions weekly. You can manually add expenses in Step 3 if you would like so that your Plan is complete. We will review all of your feedback with our product design team to find ways to make this even easier for you. Finally, I noticed that one of your connected accounts belongs to a bank that we aren't able to serve at the moment. We serve nearly 10,000 banks, your feedback encourages us to connect with more.
