Basic is good but holy….
So before downloading the app I read the reviews and people were complaining about paying 8-10 dollars a month, I’m 16 and I have that money but I need to be careful with it you know? Anway I thought I’d give it a go and when it loaded my program it said $32 A MONTH, YES A MONTH i don’t know if it’s a glitch but no way in hell I’m going to spend $32 a month when I can get a gym membership for cheaper in my area, I wanted this because I like working out especially at home but I think I’ll just stick to the basic version I get it’s made by professionals but this amount a month most people cannot pay it especially during lockdown

Pretty good app
So, I’ve seen a ton of bad reviews of this saying iTs tOo eXpeNsivE, well, it’s less then most gyms/personal trainers, and if you’re an introvert, it helps a lot as the trainers don’t see you! The cheapest gym near me is 80£ A MONTH 4X more than this! And it gives good meal plans

Thank you! We will keep working on the app to make you satisfied. Meanwhile keep on training!
I love this app

Food
When looking at food instead of focusing on meat intake ask about preferred food and allergies as i should eat over 3/4 of the food because I can’t eat dairy.
You have to pay
It’s ok
Great challenge but…
This app is so amazing!! Get it if u want to loose weight or stay fit! But the only thing is I wish it was free or not a monthly cost. You can still use it without paying but paying would be better. Anyway, I do recommend!
Good so far, but buggy
My first workout went off without a hitch! But unfortunately the next two did not. For some reason the app does not have any way to count “reps” like for pushups, and so you have to skip when you’re done. But if it’s the last thing to do in the workout, it gets stuck at 99%! And it doesn’t count as a result. You cannot resume either as it crashes, and restarting just eventually puts you back where you started.
To clarify, the workouts themselves are good, but the app is not always as such...

It’s ok. Few bugs to take care of.
Gave it 4 stars , since the app is helpful in keeping track of the day to day goal one sets. But when trying to do other workouts outside the “ goal plan”. It won’t record the workout. And on top of that. I’ve been doing the 30 day squat challenge . And today is my last day. But the app, won’t upload the last session.
But overall app is fine. Just a few bugs they got to tinker with.

Pretty good - sweating afterwards but
I couldn’t get the app to load Trainer Fanny (she has less choosing her to train & this may be why - so had to switch to Sandra).
I did enjoy the warmup & workout & I do like the fact that I can sub one exercise for another. The sub choices were Easier, Recommended, Harder.
You can de-select equipment that you don’t have - not sure if that changes the workout to fit what you have/don’t have.
BUT during the Sessions the Countdown exercises move to the Rep exercises but you have to count your Reps AND you have to manually switch to the next Rep exercise; there’s no rep countdown & doesn’t automatically switch to the next for you which I didn’t like so much… I wanted to watch the trainer, synchronize my movements as best as I could, and get into the zone with my form & my music.
IMO the reps should count down either verbally or at least on screen - or at least have the option to choose that - and a person should only have to tap pause if they need more time.
I chose beginner bc I haven’t worked out in yearss and just assumed the trainers would have moved at an easier pace & if I needed more time i’d pause it to complete the exercise but that’s not the case.
There’s no explanation of form, the camera angles switch a bit much which changes the synchronized fluidity of the trainer’s movements.
Hopefully they read these and can improve on it!

DO NOT PURCHASE
The app seems to be good however even when you cancel the subscription from the app they will still take over $110AUD from your account!
When contacted to get the money back they refused and sent me in circles for over a week stating to cancel it in the web not the app when the app says you can cancel it.
They are a rip off!
