For the time that I used it for free, this app was extremely good, highly recommend!
This app is awesome! I liked that I was able to track almost everything; from water consumption to steps, to calories intaken and burnt, to even weight tracking weight progress. I also liked that there are just so many different workout options on here, it's soo diverse! From the public to even personalized workouts, they were awesome. My favorite thing by far though, were the meal plans. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options on here looked really good and they were also healthy and stum so that's good. I also like the daily goals I'm able to set for myself on here. I don't like the short amount of free time I get on here but I still think this is a great app. Very easy to use. I'd recommend that you guys give more free time. Other than all of that, 5 stars!

I’m losing weight day by day it’s awesome. When I was in 3rd grade I was body shamed and bullied because of the way I looked. I was traumatized since I was a kid and now I’m insecure about my weight and this app helps me so much with my weight loss and feel a little better about myself. Hope people can give this a chance and see how much it could help them to whatever problem there going through and they ask about your mental health and see how your day. Blessings to everyone who tries it.🫶🏼🙏🏽

Great app!
I think that this is a really great app because it tells you to drink water tracks it and also uses the Health app to help it when you want to stop it says stopping is not an option. I think that was very good because it really just helps and you can lose weight and do many more things and I like that when you’re on the out that you’re doing it silent and it shows you how to do it and I like the silent because it’s silent then you can really just play music or anything I love it!

Good But
The fitness coach app was good don’t get me wrong. The workouts were easy it was good at showing what to do but when I was going to do my second day to work out, it tried to force me to do a free trial in no matter what I tried to do to try to get out of it I couldn’t do my work out or do any of the other challenges without a thing popping up saying that I have to sign up for the free trial to do and continue my work out. It was good but I can’t continue without having to do a free trial and I don’t want to do a free trial if I did want to, I would be able to continue, but, I don’t want to do a free trial. I just want to work out and better myself.

Good but the plan doesn’t include the mental coach?
Love the app and when I first used it, told me that if I joined premium I got a couple more apps and I downloaded them and the next day, my subscription went over to those apps so I pay $10 a week in total for all of them together and I love them all but the mental health app won’t recognise that I paid for the subscription? The fitness app said that it comes with the mental health app why won’t it say I already have paid for the subscription?

It’s was good at first but …
I downloaded this about a year ago, I was excited to use as I really wanted to lose weight and get back to my peak fitness, I enjoyed how it guided you into reaching my goal I lost a bit of weight but unfortunately I got injured in football which meant me having to cancel the app, once recovered I resubscribed again only finding that it just tells me to download the running app on my “suggested workouts” anyone know how to change this back?

After years of great performance this app is now very buggy
I've used the app for years, and find it a great way to motivate a rigorous and all round fitness regime. There are a wide range of workouts/challenges/tracking options. For someone keen to keep a routine up between a busy work and family life, it really is a great option. The integration with the yoga, running and other apps is great, and I was recommending the app to friends and family.
Recently though it has become super buggy. I've tried reinstalling and a range of other fixes. My feeling is that if the team can get the app back to its previous performance it is a very competitive (five star) app. At the moment it is almost unusable. So see how it works on your system and let's hope it gets back its former glory!

Good app, could use some expansion
I have been on a weight loss journey for a while, and found this app. It’s low in cost and has helped me lose weight. The only problem I have is that it asks me to choose what gym equipment I have. I currently have a 2 in one treadmill and bench press. I have not bought dumbbells yet, but every exercise included some things I don’t have. Even then I do feel that the app has other good qualities. It’s workouts do help with things that your focused on. I would download the app, but I’d I had a choice between a
personal trainer/gym membership and this app, I would choice the gym membership. The big reason why I use this app is because it’s cheap. I gym membership in my town is 25 dollars a month. I am currently in collage, and do not have time to work another job, go to classes, and go the gym. This app is ok for a beginners, but after 4-5 months I would consider anybody who is not in my situation to just go the the gym. Ps. This is not meant to hurt the makers of this app, it is a suggestion for almost all fitness apps I have used. Most of the time the autogenerated classes can’t follow what you actually need. If you the time and money and want a home gym, buy peloton.

Best free work out guide
This is by far the best workout planner because it’s free and helps with tracking steps, water intake, and even meal planning. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is that there is no way to customize the food plans beyond what type you eat (vegan, Paleo, vegetarian, etc.). It just gives you food and how to make it, but if you have the time to go shopping and make the food, then it’s definitely a 5/5 app. I would recommend it.
