Not good
At first it was fine and I was using it with no problem.... for ONE day. This app says it’s free but you need to subscribe and pay $22 a month. When I found this out I was super frustrated and confused since it said it was free, plus, the fact that I couldn’t do any exercises without the subscription. It made me do the same routine 3 times before I realized. I then tried to do the first routine that I did and it didn’t even let me do that! I then realized that this app had no idea what it was saying. The graph was unrealistic and apparently it was made by “professionals” 🙄 it was clearly just made up by some random person. I do not recommend this app at all since it is confusing, frustrating, and a bad app over all.

Stop putting reviews that rate the price instead of the actual app.
This app is a great app. Yet, I wouldn’t download it. I’m here to explain that, you can’t dislike the app because it’s not free. Like, I understand you want it to be free so you can engage in it but not liking it because it’s not free is very dumb. It’s not a logical reason to not like the app. The app doesn’t provide free applications, and not everything in life is free. Giving bad reviews because of it is really immature. The app is a great workout app and whether you can experience it or not, is not how you rate it. It’s the features in the subscription/app. Nobody said this was free. It’s your fault for assuming.

Good workouts but not enough explanation on form
I like this app, but compared to the Nike training app, they don’t really explain your form for workouts. I’ve only been using it for 3 days but so far the workouts don’t explain anything. It’s just silence during the reps or seconds. Even the most challenging workouts on the Nike app explain the form, where to tighten your muscle, keep a flat back, where you should feel the burn, etc etc. it’s crucial to know these things to get the best workout. Also, the workouts that are being recommend to me often have equipment I don’t have at home, so I’m left scrambling trying to find an alternative or just using nothing. For the price you pay a week there needs to be more fine tuning for your specific needs. I might go back to Nike, as their interface design is simply unparalleled. But I got bored of using the same app and wanted to try something new, so I’ll give this a few weeks and see if it gets better.

This app is truly amazing but....
This app is amazing it helps me a lot! I just downloaded it and I have recommended it to many of my friends and family! But......... for some reason it said I need to pay ! Yet it lets me use the app, I’m not paying at the moment but it’s doing everything. I’m very confused, anyway if u can get back to me it would be nice. Overall nice apps except for that problem. thanks xx

A great app so far!
I am participating in the three day trial to see how I like the style of workouts it offers, and so far it is challenging but in a good way. My one gripe would be that there is no way to get a certain move within the circuit substituted. There are times when I can’t put too much pressure on my hands or I don’t have a wall available to me that the workout requires and I would have to skip it and this I feel like I’m not really completing the workout. Besides that I love the workouts, I also love the food suggestions, and how it has a lot of health stuff like water as well all in one app.

Recipes are getting a lil weird
I mostly use this app for the healthy meal recommendations, but the recipes are getting weirder and weirder. I’m not sure if these are because of spelling mistakes or if the dishes are just too elevated for me? But I’m supposed to be making a “Buddha Bowl Thon” with “rapeseed oil” (please tell me it’s grape seed). Some of the recipes have these very pretentious names with ingredients they don’t sell in my grocery store. And I can’t go back to the recipes I used from the first few weeks because it just shows recipes for the current week.

Disappointing :(((
I downloaded this I was so excited! I’d seen the adverts and couldn’t wait it was going so well personalising your own routine but then once I’d done that it asked for a LOT of money per month and I’m young and was looking for just a free app to help motivate. I’d rather pay a gym membership. If your looking for a free app like this then my favourite one I have used religiously is 30 day fitness you can do SO much stuff for free the only thing that costs is like meal plans and I don’t need that. Hope this helps and game producers I wish it could be free cause I bet what your offering is the same as the other free apps :((

Great workout plans BUT.....
I’m being very nice and giving it a 3/5. The work outs are great and the apps ability to track your work outs is awesome.
Sadly here’s where it loses 2 stars maybe 3 if I wanted to be really critical. The app loads fine but the workouts for me only load half of the time. Most of the time if I’m able to even “finish” the work out it’s saying that I finished a 30 minute workout in 8 minutes. Most of my time is spent just trying to get the workouts to actually load and start like they are supposed to. This is very hard and discouraging for someone who is naturally lazy and just now finally working out after this long quarantine.
Don’t get me wrong I have enjoyed the app and gotten some good workouts in the last few days since I started using it BUT I am paying for this service and the fact that it doesn’t even load or keep track of half of my workouts is pretty annoying.
I would love to do the special daily workouts but they don’t even open for me.
I really hope this problem is solved so I can continue to use the app.
