The worst app I have ever used

I have never written a review on anything before, that’s honestly how bad this app was. My products are getting returned tomorrow, the app won’t even let me past the Home Screen, the register screen doesn’t work, and even when I registered on my laptop the app still refuses to let me login to the account I just created :( horrid experience.

Working but

Working but still need more polish. UI seems not adapting to larger screen, you will get bigger keyboard. Those are details. Also have to say, brilliant idea combining IR with the hub. But is it possible to integrate the IR control with Home app? Or would it be better to have a simple gadget to control the device what is used most often daily.

Very poor

The app won’t connect to the wifi, Reid multiple devices and spoken to my internet provider, still can’t make it happen. Very disappointing.

Plug not connecting to my smartphone so cannot use it.
Really? Is this not the primary function of this item?

Can’t register for an account

The app can’t connect to the internet, which is you know, the whole point of an app that can control smart plugs. Please fix this. I can’t register for an account. Fortunately I can still use the plug in HomeKit which doesn’t require an account

Slow, buggy, useless

Appalling interface, slow to load, says I’m not connected to WiFi when I clearly am. I won’t make the mistake of buying a shoddy Cygnett product again.

Worst experience ever

There is nothing smart about this wall socket or this application the worst experience I’ve ever experienced when having to set up I bought four of these devices and I will be returning all four devices what a waste of money and time. Nothing works account creations doesn't work connecting to wifi dose not work what a horrible little device.

Won’t allow log in

App keeps saying I have no internet connection despite having full connectivity. Means I can’t register. App doesn’t appear to have a way to contact Helpdesk.

Means hardware is no good either.

Rubbish experience.

User interface feels lacking

This app doesn't feel like a usual iOS app at all. Lacks a pleasant look and feel, and doesn't seem to be overly intuitive. Perhaps some better guidance explanations could be added into the user interface.
Also why is location access required to input the ssid of the router? Surely there could be an option to simply be typed as user input.
