Awful App
This app will malfunction constantly and eventually will tell you it’s the wrong password and even though the included directions say to re-install the app , it won’t re-set. Serta filed bankruptcy in 2020 so there isn’t any technical support other than basic instructions that come with the product and obviously the developer won’t be fixing the app. So don’t waste your time trying to get help like I did. I’ve had the product for 2 years now and even the controls aren’t working as they should now. Disappointing as I usually have get many years of service from Serta. Guess it’s like everything else. Companies are producing inferior products so they stay in business but don’t mind bankrupting the consumer along the way.Show lessAwful
Terrible app. You have to go through too many redundant screens. Once you finally connect and set your preferences it will lock up and you will have to start all over again. Please make a better app. This one is ridiculous.Horrible app
All the steps it takes to turn on mattress pad is ridiculous by the time one completes the steps, they could have run up and down the stairs(if that’s where the bed is located) at least 5 times. Odd to require a passcode to turn your bed on….Not to mention it doesn’t work all the time. You’re better off manually turning it on then waste your time with app.Show less
