I am very happy with the app and have used it for several gigs now. It is becoming a huge issue that I cannot use it offline. Is there no way to use a setlist without WiFi??

Need Support!

Usually a fan of the app, until it totally stopped working at rehearsal. Can click on the app, opens for about three seconds and goes entirely blank. Contacted support, still waiting for a response. I’m a premium member, please help!

No support available

Zero stars! Subscriber with much time invested. App stops working and your just out of luck. We tried multiple devices and everyone in our band is out of luck. Can’t get support and no help when you really need it. When it quits working, all you work and investment is inaccessible or basically lost. Looking for a new app that supports their subscribers.

Support

Usually a fan of the app, but I have spent the past 2 days trying to find a way to get support and have come up with nothing. I didn’t want to use the review option. 2 days ago the app stopped letting me access my playlists. I can select the lists, but it won’t open. When I select library, it opens that for about 3 seconds and then closes the app. Help!! I’m a premium member and have an app I can’t use.

It needs wifi

It’s a disappointment that the app needs wifi to use. Not everywhere you play will have wifi. It should save on your local device. Annoyed.

I can’t reach or email developer.

I’m confused on why I can add people to my band but they need to purchase the premium access to be able to broadcast. I thought myself who created the account the people you invite should have all the access to it. I think this needs to be fixed.

Disfunction-able App

The app’s not working, Ive already paid and it keeps asking me to pay again, and not allowing me to use the premium upgrade I purchased. And where is the technical support for this app?. And I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and its still telling me to repurchase it?? I can’t add any Songs because the app keeps trying to make me repay. Now I’m gonna cancel my subscription if you can’t fix the issue, cause no one has responded yet.

Terrible. Absolutely horrible.

The interface is buggy. The process to create set lists is overly complicated. But the main problem is this thing will just arbitrarily remove songs from not only the set list, but the library. You haven’t lived until you’ve done a gig where you have to take long breaks between every other song while you google search and copy/paste lyrics that you have to re-add to your library (so that you can then add to your setlist). It’s a really simple task (putting lyrics up on your iPad) that should be really easy to achieve. But this app manages to fail. It’s happened to me at almost every gig. Songs disappear from all lists. And sometimes lyrics will be replicated out of nowhere.

I thought maybe it had something to do with the internet reception. But it happens with any Wi-Fi reception scenario. Also, why does it have to connect to the internet at all? I’ve copied lyrics from the internet to my iPad. I should be able to look at stuff that’s saved on my iPad without an internet connection.

Hi SamDBL, Thank you for your review, feedback helps us improve the app. In regard to creating a setlist, it is good to know songs are managed in the library. Then go to your setlist and tap the + icon in the top right corner to manage the songs in the setlist. In regard to the changing of songs in your setlist and library, could it be possible that band members are making these changes? - We have no knowledge of this happing to other users.
