Overall Solid Camera System

Pleased overall but app can be disappointing at times - often doesn’t refresh quickly leaving a black image, especially switching from screen to screen

Very good technical assistance with getting system tweaked up on initial installation. The any-desk feature works well as it allows the technician to see my system and make corrections and adjustments in real time.

Not enough controls on mobile

1st issue is the problem with installing on iPad! After many attempts we still cannot get the app to install my cameras!

2nd We should be capable of setting up some parameters of where you would motion detector monitoring & setup some notifications to our phones or tablets etc.

First installation

The equipment has worked flawlessly for almost a year. Up and running thanks to the great tech-support. Went much easier than I thought. Quality of images is outstanding. Can most highly recommend

Best insurance

Wonderful to have the security like this system brings us. You can’t buy insurance this good. And great people to work with.
Would do it over again for sure.

App seems to have a hard time with the video playback even with full bars and strong wifi signal. Also when you only want to view a single camera recording it takes you back to a different time when you go back and forth on different cameras.

Horrible App

Since the very first time I used this app it’s been nothing but trouble. I can never remote view my cameras. It always goes offline even when I’m home. This app is worthless. For what I paid for the Backstreet Surveillance cameras, they should work a heck of a lot better. I call in almost once a week to get help. I do not recommend this app or company. Half a star at best. Very disappointed! I’ll be calling in again because the app is down-again! Horrible app!

Great System

I shopped all over the internet, came across Backstreet’s website and realized they have the best 4K camera’s and tech support. Well worth the higher cost.

Camera may not be functioning

The camera resolution is wonderful. Very clear. With the exception of one. It’s cloudy or seems covered by something.
The system seems a bit slow to engage when I assess it from my phone. In fact I don’t get all cameras to appear. It says “offline” and can remain that way.
I have better luck with accessing one or two cameras instead. Could be a bandwidth issue on my end.
Other than those issues, it is exceptional. We will see how it does when the snow flies.

Monitoring camera at home

I have been able to monitor the cameras from my I phone at home. Suddenly I can only monitor one camera. It always says no channels. I have to select a channel and then am unable to switch to a different camera without getting out of the app completely and going back in. I am a director of nurse
