Do not waste your money buying this guys terrible product and horrible customer service. This guy is a complete scam! Want to cancel? Oh fill out this entire questionnaire as to why you are canceling and everything that you paid for will be deleted. An absolute joke do NOT waste your money!

I don’t know why I thought I would be any different than the other recent reviews but I did and sent this person money. Stupid me. Just as everyone else is saying, no replies, no information, no communication. Nothing. Don’t be like me. Be smarter.
Sneaky and underhanded
DO NOT get sucked in to this program. It is all automated and they will keep charging you unless you reach out to them to cancel. I signed up for an 8 week program and assumed that this is what I was paying for, only to be charged again. After reaching out all they did was pretty much say bad luck here are our terms and conditions. There is also nowhere on the website or app to cancel. ZERO customer service and ZERO care factor from them.

App doesn’t work and plan is a joke
I followed Ryan Spiteri for a while on IG and liked the before and after photos so thought I’d buy a plan. I should have just used one of the many free plans available on the internet. It was a generic, very high rep workout with a diet of 1300 calories a day. My goal is to put on weight and gain muscle, so none of that makes sense. I thought the meal plan would be helpful, but it’s just one day of suggested diet foods. Again, go to any free fitness website and they’ll give you the same info for free. The app crashes and doesn’t work. After many emails with Ryan, he promised a refund but it never came though. I feel scammed.

The meals are plane and boring, your better off using google. He gives you the same meals for everyday aswell. The work outs are very basic aswell the whole app is a marketing skam to sell he’s product super disappointing!
