    I have to agree with the 3 reviews I have read. Very disappointed but I suppose you get what you pay for! I was given this though my work place to encourage me to push sales of the watch; I never encouraged anyone to waste their money.
    It’s such a pity bc Timex analog watches have always been so reliable and I have owned a few; they were always an easy sell bc of it. I’ve only pulled this one out again bc I’ve misplaced my analog watch.
    I hope you can improve the app and the watch to restore my faith in your product. Or perhaps smart watches aren’t for your future product line.

  • It's ok

    I wish when I connect it to my watch all of my apps on my phone should go on the watch like a apple Watch then need to fix it

  • Not showing notification from my Iphone 14 Pro max

    Im using Iconnect Pro B83 and all notifications from my phone are not being showed? How can I fix this? Help pls
  • Frustrated

    The way the watch is made is a point of frustration. The side button is in an inconvenient position. When I bend my wrist, it turns my watch off. Yesterday, my battery completely went dead. I’ve discovered that my watch has not been paired with the app. My watch face has changed. I have no other choices. The app keeps closing on me and refuses to pair with my watch. Too expensive an item to be having so many issues.

    Thank you for your feedback. If your watch disconnects from the phone's Bluetooth, it should reconnect automatically when it is back in range. If it does not, you can try closing and re-opening the app or turning the Bluetooth off/on on your phone.   • The app freezes and isn’t very hands on

    The app randomly logs you out, and when you try to log back in it freezes and shuts down. I had my hopes up as I had Timex watches throughout the years, but this app is a failure and could be sooo much better if they put the time in… Come on Timex you’re better than that

  • Came set up basic info

    App locks up or stops once I put in my b-day and nickname. Thus, I can’t use my watch, or even set the time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I conback and there are no options. Really needs a replanning of the UI flow here. Please update asap. Hopefully my email to customer support will be replied to early next week.

  • Literally can’t do anything.

    I can’t do a single thing with my watch because it’s not even listed as one of the pairing options. I have a Active+ and that’s not even an option.
  • Constant Freezing

    When I first tried to set an account up, the app would freeze. I decided to use the “visitor” account instead. Even still, the app seems to freeze and not function smoothly… definitely overdue for an upgrade. Thinking of switching watches because of this.
  • Great App!

    After reading the reviews on this app, I was about to return my Timex smart watch. I figured I would take a chance and just download it. Much to my surprise, it works flawlessly along side my IPhone 12. The earlier versions may have had bugs that needed addressing but I would encourage you to ignore all the negative reviews and give this app a try.
    The only glitch I have found is the steps on the watch don’t always match with the app, but that is not a deal breaker for me.

    Thank you for your review. To update the steps displayed in the app, you need to sync with the watch. That can be done with a quick swipe down and release on the app's Home screen.
  • One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen

    This is one of the worst applications I have ever used. The dashboard never has the correct data from the watch. The step number is always incorrect; the mileage is wrong and the daily totals are wrong. The watch itself is pretty good, but the iPhone app is junk and useless.
