Watch won’t link to phone app
Despite numerous downloads and attempts to link kids watch and phone no joy, really infuriating can’t change watch settings, simple stuff like time and date essentially making the watch useless very disappointingblackpearl1839
I'm going to return the watch.
Just received my Iconnect watch. Downloaded the app but it keeps crashing and I can't even sync my watch the app or phone to use the darn thing. What's the point of a smart watch if the app won't let you setup anything up. 😒MustacheDave
Good app - when it works
The content and app functions are good - it just doesn’t work every time I want to use it.
App constantly crashes within 10 seconds of opening. I probably get in every 1 out of 6 times I try. (iPhone 7)MaryCherryCola
App will not stay open
I have downloaded this app to work with my times connect watch. But the app closes out before you can pair watch or set up account access. I have deleted and redownloaded several times to no avail. With out app on my iPhone6 the watch is not really working to a great extent.lynette355

Your app is a piece of crap!! I get on it and then nothing it boots me out every time! I’ve deleted the app and re loaded it and still the same. What’s the point of putting something out there that doesn’t work?Apriljordan38
App won’t stay open, won’t connect to watch
The app doesn’t work. I’ve had it for under a month and the app won’t stay open. I reinstalled and reconnected the device and now it won’t connect at all. It’s slow to communicate with the device even when it did work.callmelenore

The watch works great. I love the watch I have but the app won’t stay open. I have called Timex customer service several times and they have refused to fix the app. I click on the app and literally after two seconds the app closes. I am really upset with Timex that they won’t fix the app. Timex really needs to get it togetherShow lessLilWiggles

This watch was free....yay! But lol it’s garbage and the app crashes instantly when trying to pair. I gave it to my 5 yr old as a toy lol. And she likes the crap from the dollar store better that this🤣🤣Player00420
Not great
My husband got me an iConnect tracker for Christmas to replace another fitness tracker I had been using for years.
The app worked with the tracker for a couple weeks but now crashes and does not record anything anymore.
I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, but it will not connect or locate my tracker.
I am beyond frustrated and would rather go without than use this app and tracker.Show lessLee Ann VanLengen
