  • My Quarantine Treat

    I signed up just before quarantining for COVID and have found their service so fun. It’s something I look forward to. Surprised by how fast they ship to you once you process your return box (less than 3 days!) and they have a nice selection. Wrote the company to ask about cleaning protocols and they sanitize all the clothes with steam during the dry cleaning process. Safe, slick and delightful. First time using their mobile app tho, so far so good.

    I’ve been using Haverdash for a few months now and I love it. I’m a size L/10 and I’d say I wear about 90% of what I get. Shipping is fast as long as you scan the return envelope code in before sending it out. The clothes have all the clean and in good condition.

    My only complaint is the overall style is very boho. I wish they would integrate more business pieces. I would also love a subscription that would allow you to have two boxes out a time so I wouldn’t have to wait on shipping. Overall I think the value is great compared to other apps. On average I’d say I get 3-4 boxes a month= $5.50 rental per piece.

  • Will cancel ASAP

    I’ve tried several clothing rental services & this is by far the worst. Pretty small selection with too many basics (when renting, i want something unique). Read the fine print— you don’t actually get 9 items unless you quickly wear & reorder (in groups of 3). Processing & shipping is slower than other unlimited rentals, so thus far I’ve spent more days within my billing period without rented clothes to wear than with them. Plus, you can’t cancel online—you have to do it by phone (🤞🏼for this to work out).

    Finally, if you’re doing this for environmental purposes, it’s probably not worth it—they ship in multiple cardboard boxes if it won’t all fit in one & provide a plastic bag for returns. Skip this one, ladies. You’ll get much more bang for your buck elsewhere.

  • Beware: No Refunds & Difficult to Cancel

    You need to call them to cancel, and they have very limited business hours. Even if you don't use the service, they offer no refunds.

    Can’t update billing info, UX/UI are not best practices, slow performance, most experience is not native
  • Ummm...not slow at all

    I’ve been using Haverdash for a few months now and don’t find it slow at all. I LOVE IT. I was afraid with the affordable price I wouldn’t have many options, but nope. No complaints here. I’ve been getting all sorts of compliments while not wasting precious closet space.
  • Okay but Slooooooow

    I’ve tried all the rental services and this one takes the cake for being slow. It takes forever to get your clothes. Not sure I’ll stick around because the length of time makes it not worth it for me
