This app is great except for one problem. I can’t use the secret(s) that many apps and services give when setting up 2FA.
I have to go into notes app and remove the spaces and THEN use it on the Authenticator, otherwise it won’t work.

Seamless integration and usability! Highly suggest this to anyone. For the privacy focused person, it’ll be a lifesaver. For the average person, use it for your most important accounts. For the reviews that say it’s lacking features or not working as expected, I would bet my password vault it’s individuals lacking the time to properly read proper setup and use (or just fans of google authenticator and then wonder why they’re accounts are at risk).Show lessTn_52

Works sometimes, others no luck …. I literally thought it was bad …. Plug it into tablet, works …. Reinsert in iPhone, works now … very buggy no guidance…. I spent 3x the money to have the app … didn’t really work or do what it says ,well sometimes it does …. I have a few other brands and I’ve not had the issues…. I could have bought 3 for the 75$ I feel I wasted on this . Save yourself the headache and get a Titan or thetis . For way less .Show lessdewroc6

It took me a minute to figure it out, but once I did it became my preferred Authenticator app and my preferred backup method for my yk5c. I also appreciate the developer reaching out to assist, though I had figured it out beforehand.skorj

I have an iPhone 15 Pro. When using smart card emulation the iPhone treats the YubiKey as an external Keyboard, preventing me from entering my PIN. I have to unplug the YubiKey, enter my Pin then plug it back in. Additionally the iPhone 15 doesn’t always recognize that my YubiKey 5Ci is plugged in, preventing it from accessing my derived credentials.
Please add the option to use a soft keyboard with the YubiKey attached via USB C.Show lessMerlinK

App is great. I use the same one on computer too and it’s pretty much the same. Glad that the USB-C works on my iPad too now.
My one issue is that the NFC scanning is a little hit or miss, but that’s not an app issue. Makes me look forward to my next iPhone having USB-C.ViViDboarder

I just got into two keys and i love the ingenuity employed with this. Thus far they’ve worked fine with iPhone 11 Pro/iOS 16.3.1.
Two things I would like to see:
If the OTP browser notification is turned off, it disables the key’s NFC functionality for other apps - at least Bitwarden - but I frequently get the browser notification by mistake with it on, which gets annoying. It would be nice to see those maybe as separate options.
The other thing that would be nice is a little more admin capability with WebAuthn credentials and PINs like desktop applications, duplicating TOTPs between multiple keys and being able to view and copy TOTP secrets. I think adding those options would really improve the app for all platforms.Show lessArkamas Ross

The app immediately crashes when we attempt to use it to set up PIV-D support with a YubiKey 5ci; we submitted a full bug report including crash logs to the developer’s GitHub repo, but have received zero feedback that this will be fixed. Given that this app is required for proper PIV-D support, the YubiKeys are basically useless to us until they engage in some way.Show lessjlevinenci
