No access to app or website
I tried to login to website, but that is down, so I decided to get the app. All I get is white screen for the app. I had planned to take a hard look at my investments today and possibly make changes. I’m very frustrated as I have the time this afternoon to finally do this and I can’t. This is unacceptable.

app stopped working.
when it worked app was basic, not as comprehensive as the website. now when i try to open the app it just freezes on a white screen
Opening App is a Pain
For some reason I have to open the app, close it, and open it again in order to get to the login screen. I was hopeful that issue would go away when I upgraded to a new phone but sadly the issue persists.
Great app!
This app is so convenient for when you’re running around on the go! You can make the changes you need to and you’re off!
Slow to update
Numbers are slow to update there should have been an update of percent gains on the first of the month it is ten days later and it still has not updated this is typical.
It’s really a very simple app, it doesn’t give any ability to graph gains and losses.
It is outdated the numbers you get are old not current also you should be able to see what stocks are held in each mutual fund and what their value is.
Pretty much a useless app.

Doesn’t open
When I open the app, I have to open it twice for it to work. First time gets me a blank white screen, second time it opens. A pain to have to go through every time.

Can’t change investments
App delivers on showing present balances, investments and ROR. Would be better if it allowed you to change investments and move your money around.

Hi, we agree, we plan on releasing new features to the App often. We just released a Spanish version and changing investments is on the horizon. Rob T.
Not better than browser use
Possibly could be a decent app but cannot even get past the pin generation. Attempted to generate pin for first time app use but could not get past it on wifi and off wifi. DOA.
