Bonjour Alran69, Pour coupler le Halo à l'application via Bluetooth, veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous : 1. Effectuez une réinitialisation d'usine de la serrure. 2. Supprimez le verrou de l'application et effacez-le de la liste Bluetooth du téléphone. 3. Forcez la fermeture de l'application et relancez-la. Ajoutez le verrou à l'application. Veuillez également vérifier les éléments suivants : a. Le routeur doit être à portée de verrouillage (150 pieds). b. Le signal WiFi doit être de 2,4 GHz avec le cryptage WPA2. c. Le réseau ne peut pas être masqué. (S'il est masqué, affichez-le, ajoutez un verrou au réseau, puis masquez-le à nouveau.) Hello canada123#$, To pair the Halo to the app via Bluetooth, please follow the steps below: 1. Perform a factory reset on the lock. 2. Delete the lock from the app and clear it from the phone's Bluetooth list. 3. Force close the app and relaunch. Add the lock to the app. Please also check the following items: a. Router needs to be within lock range (150ft). b. WiFi signal needs to be 2.4GHz with WPA2 encryption. c. Network cannot be hidden. (If hidden, unhide, add lock to the network and then hide again.) Connecting
Not able to open the door when I’m away from home… what do I need to do to fix this problem as that’s why I got the lock in the first place

Hello parent 119, For the Wi-Fi connectivity outside Bluetooth range, the lock will connect to a Wi-Fi network that is 2.4GHz with WPA2 security, making sure the network is not hidden, nor has firewalls. Ensure there is adequate Wi-Fi coverage and signal strength at the location of the lock. If there is not adequate coverage, we recommend a Wi-Fi extender/repeater device be placed between the router and the lock. For one-on-one support, please give us a call at 1-800-677-5625. App says I have no internet but I’m clearly on it
How am I supposed to use my lock properly if I can’t even create an account on the app? I did not see anything on the site that allowed me to make an account….

Hello GWailow, Make sure that you are within Bluetooth range (100 feet, straight line of sight) of the lock. The router needs to be within lock range (150ft) and the Wi-Fi signal needs to be 2.4GHz with WPA2 encryption. The network cannot be hidden. Remote wifi connect isn’t possible
After the initial setup and adding finger prints I don’t see the usefulness of the app.
Hopefully the team fixes this. Until then its a 2 star as it loses much of its appeal.

Very slow app

Hello niko we, To ensure the app syncs with your lock and maintains a online status, ensure that your phone is connecting to the lock via Bluetooth and that you're not sharing your app account. Verify the Wi-Fi network connection is 2.4GHz with WPA2 security, is not hidden, nor has firewalls. When launching the app, slide the screen down to refresh and wait for the correct lock status to appear.
