Could be better

I love the idea of being able to control the lock remotely and to know whether it’s locked and unlocked. However, the app appears to disconnect from the lock constantly. I am always refreshing. Since this recent update my lock is no longer connecting to the app. Not mad, just disappointed.

Fantastic UX/UI but horribly buggy and unreliable

Love the idea of this app and lock but the reality is not as good. The app messes up constantly and crashes when I try to delete some users. Not all users but some are not able to be deleted and the app just crashes when I try. Would love to love this app but they just didn’t worry about fixing bugs before releasing it.

App not working

Call costumer service they dont know, the app is not connecting so i can not create my account.
