  • Drivers ask for extra money offline

    I have been a customer for this company for 5 years. It started with good customer service but these 3 months I get request from the drivers to pay extra money and offline for different reasons but it’s mainly when they hear me speak English. It’s such a shame as I called and complained but the operator supported the driver that it’s his right not to take me even though I repeatedly told the operator that the driver is requesting extra payment offline or took my change without my consent. Overall no respect for the customer from the drivers or no additional assistance when called my for help. As a woman I don’t feel safe driving with them because there will not be anyone from the company to help you in emergency situations. Other companies provide safer service specially for women. I don’t advice.

  • Too many glitches

    Either release an update or do something about it

    When trying to change user name the keyboard only displays the number tab and not the keyboard. Please address this issue
  • Need to be tested

    As much as I love using feres the app has been giving me a lot of trouble. The search is not reliable and the app crashes. Please test it out before rolling it out to customers. Also it would be great if a user could PIN locations on the map
  • Personal opinion

    - drivers don’t want to give you your exact change.
    - cost estimation of what u see on app and on actual is very different
    - you can’t choose the location of you going from recent history u always need to search them
    - drivers pick up orders while they are going on other apps like ride, so they will come to you after they drop of them
    - feres call center they always hear your complain but they never do anything. They just tell you they process it.
    - some cars are outdated
    - some cars plate number, color and driver are different from the app you see
    - Driver should always tell the their client that they will not go to sub roads at night before they start the app. Cause they will just tell you that when u tell them to go to sub road to your home.

  • App is not accurate

    The rate amount on the app is different than what’s on the drivers app. Only the driver can tell you how much after the drop off. It’s 30%-50% higher than what the rates are showing on the app. The app doesn’t show the amount after the pick up. That’s how they make money. They show cheap fares on the app but charge more after pick up. Don’t be fooled.

  • False Advertisement!!!

    Your biggest marketing strategy was the fact that you offered “feres miles” but that is completely and utterly untrue . The exchange miles for free trips option is nothing but an illusion to scam customers into thinking that they are offered an appealing advantage. I am very disappointed in your cheap scheme to widen your customer base. I used to be a loyal Feres customer but I will now gladly take my business back to Ride or other services that don’t make false promises.
