Cash grab
Just bought a 2023 Duke, main selling point was the navigation. Come to find out the app is no longer available, and this “replacement “ is a total cash grab. 8$ a MONTH to use the navigation that should’ve come stock. You guys should be ashamedShawAR01
Navigation does not show on TFT Display
KTM should be ashamed to showcase on screen “navigation” as a selling point for the 390 adventure by way of this app, when there are literally 1000’s of reviews stating that it doesn’t work.
One of the reasons I purchased this bike and use this app was for on screen navigation. What a let down.

Crap
This application wants you to sign up for some service, consent to it taking your data and receiving marketing e-mail, and other things that have absolutely nothing to do with riding the motorcycle I purchased. None of this should be needed for simple things like communicating navigation data to the bike's display, so this is pretty clearly just another attempt to treat me as somebody's product instead of treating me like a valueed customer.Show lessrnd()
Not bad
I gotta say despite all the negativity I saw the app was updated a week ago so I decided to try it. It identified my bike, downloaded the maps I wanted and worked as advertised.Knobby10
Worst route plans EVER
This app is absolute garbage for trying to plan a trip. I can hop on Apple Maps, select a location and it will find me the shortest route down gravel range roads no problem. This piece of junk same start and end points adds an hour to the trip because it wants to go up to a major highway. Tried changing all settings no better. If I add 6 waypoints along the way it will work but how ridiculous. My old KTM app that you pay once and should have had forever worked great. Add no value - mainly access to manual
This app doesn’t add any value to ridding experience or information about the motorcycle.
It only give you access to the manual. And they want to sell you a map probably not better than Google or Waze.Benjy92
KTM Connect
Rubbish, I paid for KTM My Ride Navigation when I bought Super adventure 1290R in 2019 and it worked for sometime and then stopped working. Told by KTM it is no more supported and that I need to install KTM connect-
KTM connect installed but you need to pay again for Navigation. Why should I buy basic or premium subscription for navigation again for something which I paid before to KTM.
I would rather use google maps, how do we know KTM will not do this again.

Connection with the bike is entirely a random event.
It's like the French police speaking English:
Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't!
Spend 15 minutes of a 20 minute journey trying to connect- then- great! You've got it😃👍 Happy days! Until you move. And that 'turn left in 20m' is all your going to get for the rest of the journey.
Pull over, reset everything- start again👍😊. Turn right in 300m. That's it.
For €10 that's all you're getting!
I've completed ZERO journeys using the app where it has run as advertised.
And a word of warning ⚠️
DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING!
We are all used to some 'odd' directions from sat-nav's, but this will QUITE LITERALLY have you running around in circles!
KTM quite obviously care nothing about the development of this app. It's clumsy, non-intuitive and connection to a bike is difficult, problematic and unreliable.
It's useless.
A sat-nav that 'might' work is as useful as a boat that 'might' sink.
