The GPS in this app is a scam
Total waste of money. Does not take you on anywhere close to the fastest route. The app is free, but you have to pay to use the GPS. I would like a refund. Better off mounting a phone on your handle bar and using google maps. Do not buy this bike if you’re expecting to use any of the software features. The Bluetooth control for phone calls to your headset has never worked either. Let’s you answer the call, but doesn’t allow any audio through…Show lessAlways read the reviews!
Unuseful APP
Paid for the basic just to realize they don’t have map coverage where I live, no help button or any kind of assistance from the app…AirPatrick
Ktm responds.
Well now they charge a monthly fee for the app. What is gong on. You sell a premium priced bike and want 100$/yr for the app? How about atleast a month trial or some promo for old app users who lost that app purchase when you dropped it.
Well well. They fixed the issues as they said and bike now is available via vin search. Now to see if it works with the bike well. Thank you ktm. So you take away the old app for 2017 era bikes that sort of worked. And this app that I was told by ktm to use does not work with that era of bikes. So I have lost functions of the bike. Hi Camdenalke, Unfortunately we had an IT issue so with the new release not all bikes were actually supported. However we fixed it and all bikes with navigation supporting dashboards back to 2017 bikes are now in the app! Thank you for your patient!2022 duke 890r no support

To the developers: will the app support 21 models in the new future? If it’s not meant to support bikes that are merely weeks old, who is it for then?
Edit: v2.1.0 came with the announcement that premium features are now available for MY before 2022. But they still aren’t. Nothing has changed. is this a joke? Not funny…Show lessvsassone

My 2020 KTM 790 adventure R is not supported by this app. What a shame a company like KTM can’t get their act together on this either or on going issues with their bikes.saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad!
Absolutely trash
Only supports a handful of bikes from 2022. So don’t spend tons of money like myself for all the features you need the app for. They removed the app almost a year ago and still haven’t fixed this new one to support almost any bikes. I was planning on getting a 20k KTM 1290 next year. Now , not a chance. I’ll never own a KTM again after seeing how horrific they support their bikes.Show lessMusic is life...

Just downloaded the new version of the app and it’s still doesn’t work with older model years. Hopefully it’s just a server issue. Glad they are aware of the problems but I wish they would have tested it before launching the update.Reroute?

When will the 21 models receive navigation support? It’s been a long time now. Can we get an ETA please. Not replying to customer reviews and questions is just outright lame and not acceptable for any brand, let alone KTM.

2022 KTM 390 Adventure US - added Vin# issue
I think I found my bike 2022 KTM 390 Adventure US model, but the app says my Vin# isn’t supported… why? Can’t find a number to call for help. Ugh.-/::;(()) Addict *****
