No support for 2021 adventure
The old app that supported my 2021 adventure is no longer available. They replaced it with this app and apparently it does not support the 2021 models. Very disappointed that ktm won’t support a navigation app for a one year old bike!!
It put a bad taste in my mouth with KTM. The lack of support will be remembered when I buy a new bike down the roadShow lessboygirl905

2019 SAS not supported
Bought a 2019 1290 super adventure s that has all the technology I was looking for….but the app doesn’t support my bike. What a scamnickNames.REALLY
Doesn’t support anything earlier than ‘22
Only supports MY22 KTM’s and no other option exists in App Store. Terrible customer service KTMAlpine Mudder
Does not work with 2021 vehicles.
Original KTM my ride app is not on app store anymore. Functionality is supposedly ported over to this one but this one does not work with most 2021 model year KTMs. I have no idea why they would take a functional app from the store and replace it with something that has literally 0 functionality. 2 interns and a 3 year old must be in charge of this app.Show lessDigiZom

Models not supported?
Hey KTM, i know i’m not the only one complaining about models not being compatible on this new app. Is there any idea when older (2021 and older) models will be available on the new app???Ex3rt_
I Feel Cheated
KTM no longer offers the MyRide app, only this app which does not support my 2021 390 Adventure. Come on KTM what kind of customer support is that? You should be ashamed!denzoid
FYI, spring is here
I bought a new 2021 KTM based on features that included the Myride app integration. Then they delete it from the App Store before I even get to use it. Then they put out a replacement app that only works on 2022 bikes. Then they promised existing owners will get their functionality back in the spring. THIS IS SPRING!!! This is a pretty sad effort, and a poor way to treat customers they may want to sell another bike to.
UPDATE - now they have removed the promise to restore operability for pre-2022 owners and simplify say the feature is for MY2022 onwards. What a rotten way to treat customers.Show lessDaFox
