2017 Super Adventure S not supported
You buy a bike with turn by turn support and get rubbish like this. Would rather buy a BMW GS next time just for the simplicity of stuff working.Full of adds

the website and user manual all say you can use this app for nav on my 2021 adv390, but it doesnt do anything. i cant find my bike in the list. what a bunch of garbage! deleted. ktm can do better. i would rate this a 0 star if i could.th1sn1ckn@m31st@k3n

It's "ok"
It works "ok" (22 890 ADV R) It does not recognize my VIN but the Nav works. However, it won't allow a portrait mode which is how I run my phone on the bike. This should be a very basic feature of any modern app especially a Nav to allow that. I would rate it higher if it had that.Wraith600
No way to purchase premium features
In using the app with my 2022 SAR, the navigation did not load at first by saying “oops…”
The navigation is now working and I can download the maps, however some options say only available with the purchased/premium version. Yet, there is no app to purchase, nor any in app purchase options.
The paid KTM MyRide is not available anymore and not in the U.S.
please update and release all the options as this will be a major disadvantage and if I knew of this challenge, I may have purchased a new BMW GS1250 as this is such an integral part of using and operating an Adventure motorcycle.Show lessNortheast U.S. Adv Rider
Does not connect brand new 2021 KTM 1290 Super adventurer S
I have tried adding my brand new motorcycles VIN number and it says VIN not recognised. After purchasing this bike new from a KTM dealer, they cannot assist and I have bought a bike with false advertising. The App won’t accept my bike and there is no one from KTM that will assistJustin_dn
2017 Super Adventure R
Just bought a clean 2017 Super Adventure R from my local dealer. Dealer salesman told me all about the Bluetooth features that work between my phone and bike. The App doesn’t even support my bike, or anything older than the current model year. Gotta love it.Wookie9
