Apple TV and Google TV apps

This app is great but we need to have apps for TV to connect and view home remotely on a big screen rather than just a small mobile screen. Hope the idea can make its way to the execs and decision makers at Rola.

‼️WASTES EXPENSIVE SIM CELLULAR SUBSCRIPTION. Used up a MONTH OF DATA IN ONE DAY BECAUSE DEVICE STAYED ON CELLULAR INSTEAD OF GRABBING ONTO HOME WIFI.

CONSTANT ERRORS when updating AND resetting wifi.

No clear ON DEVICE indicator that it's active AND which data source it's using.

There should be a way where you get reimbursed for defective device program.

Took me three months to figure out the roller tracker. Finally figured it out and subscribed to the included cellular sim. However, it kept saying "device disconnected" because it was pulling the Wi-Fi from a completely different device the EBO Air robot. I tried to update the tracker's Wi-Fi but it won't allow you because it's FIXED to the robot. I had to delete/uninstall the robot to be able to get the cellular subscription to kick in. At that point it finally worked and was able to track and get video streaming.

Buggy, trial and error with the new TRACKER. Ebo robot working great now finally

TRACKER➡️ This app is full of bugs with the tracker. Still nothing under manual. Not ready for launch. DOES NOT SAVE SETTINGS. Microphone TO TRACKER doesn't work. I don’t even have the time to detail everything but basically it is very confusing, glitchy and delayed. Took hours of repeatedly entering my WiFi until finally connected. Took a while of retries before sim was bound into system. Another example: Unable to complete the “about pet” section, it will not let me save the form because there’s a bug not recognizing the “weight” tab ALREADY filled, and is only in metric system.
Ebo ROBOT➡️ is FINALLY WORKING after a good 2 years of collecting dust and repeatedly telling the customer that it’s their fault, their router, their modem, their Wi-Fi. All of a sudden, numerous customers are saying that their Ebos are working great with their same Wi-Fi system.

Can’t even register an account

As title
It always shows failure while trying to get the verification code.

Cannot Connect to EBO Air Oustide of WiFi

Using 4G or 5G cannot connect to the device. It says “Robot disconnected”. Then switching to WiFi instantly works. Please fix.

Cute but….

The video that sold me to click the link is nothing like what I received. It doesn’t always flip itself over either. It does move surprisingly well over carpet but it’s so boring. I thought it was broken because there’s no laser or auto follow or whatever like in the video. I did some research and realized that I was duped. They want you to pay $200 for the same one with more features. I say rip off. The video was completely different leading buyers to believe that they were receiving the same item in the video. We need to find someone to make this in the USA for under $200 with all the features and upgrades. Maybe a subscription plan to get more features. Now I know why it was on sale with no returns. What a joke. Very disappointing…

Works great

I've no issues with the app or the device. I've shared access with my famil: one family member who lives in Japan and another on the US coast opposite to where I live. Both can connect, play with our cats and talk to us anytime they like.

Good news... finally Baaaaaarely improving

Probably due to their new devices (pet collar tracker, pet play mate, etc) they are slowly improving the app.
Obviously starting with the new name and design.
I can immediately tell it was on THEIR END all along that I could never get stable video streaming, etc. .... because I can all of a sudden with the new app get greatly improved connectivity.
These past 3 years was NEVER due to my wifi. Have brand new modem, routers, and high speed, all up to date.
I had given up checking the app/Ebo because it was so upsetting how such an expensive robot was useless.
But now it looks like they're back on board on the right track.
PLEASE CONTINUE IMPROVING.
