Goesoffline online randomly
Install worked ok but then it randomly shows device is offline only to become online if I check later. It needs to be more reliable .

Hi Support, please look at this app as it just does not allow me to sign in! Very frustrating! Had to pay to get the hardware to operate the device basically for nothing!

App doesn’t work. Keeps telling me to verify with link in email, but doesn’t send an email.
Hopeless, can’t even add my first device, absolutely rubbish
